The space was perfect to host an extended family in town for a college graduation. We felt at home immediately and loved having a space large enough for us to spread out and still be close together.

This was the perfect house for our family to come down from Boston to celebrate our son’s graduation. It had lots of room both indoors and outside. We mostly spent time outside at the pool or the very spacious outdoor kitchen. Everyone was very happy and enjoyed themselves. We had two little ones who had a blast running around the property, swimming and playing on the playground area. This house was a huge win for us.

This was a great experience. The property was spacious and clean. Kathy was so generous with the use of 'extras' that help to accomondate a family gathering. I really appreciated the cliearly labeled supplies that were free for guest to use or meant only for Kathy's family (since they also use the home). Check in was super simple, the host booklet provided great information. The house has lots of cool features that the children in my family enjoyed. The neighborhood and neighbors were very plesant. I highly recommend Kathy and this property.

Great Venue!

This rental is great for multi family events. The counter of the outdoor kitchen made a great place to prep and grill food while prepping for our event, and was a favorite hangout area for friends & family to sit & socialize. The layout of the home and back yard made our event extremely enjoyable. I highly recommended this home to anyone looking for a venue to host a event or celebration.

Kathy's home is simply amazing! They thought of EVERYTHING you would need to entertain children of all ages! Our group consisted of 7 - 16 yr olds and they all had a ball! The house is welcoming and has a definite "family" feel to it! I loved the markings of the children's growth on the door frame in the kitchen. We did that as well at our home!! There's plenty room to sleep, beds were comfortable. The house is fully stocked with everything down to musical instruments and even a karaoke machine!!! The backyard is fabulous!! It's almost like a park and is definitely a place where kids can be kids! We definitely enjoyed our stay. Kathy's has a book that pretty much details everything you need to operate the house! She truly thought of everything!!

This was the most wonderful property we have ever rented. Our hostess Kathy was without a doubt the greatest owner I have ever dealt with. If you're looking for a truly warm and spacious home this is it. We wanted to used the house for my grandsons wedding dinners and reception. It was perfect!! Lots of space for everyone to have their own rooms and lots of dining area. The backyard was the total jewel. The outside barbecue area was our go to place and the pool and seating areas were perfect. And without a doubt the backyard was a child's dream place. It was a wonderful home and we built lots of memories for everyone. Thank you Kathy for your help and kindness... you and your home are the BEST !!!
