The Light House cottage offers the best view ever. The corner lot
provides extra benefits. The walkover is located approximately 100 ft from your door.
Bedrooms are located at the back of the house. The kitchen and den are situated in front of the house with sliding doors to allow a view of the beach at all times. An outdoor shower for rinsing the sand offers extra convenience. The 2nd bath is located downstairs. Enjoy your flat-screen TV for relaxation time. Plenty of parking is available. The cottage is located approximately 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants—great restaurants, from seafood to steaks. The turtle hospital is located in Surf City and offers tours which will be enjoyed by all.

The beach cottage was a beautiful vacation experience for us. Being able to easily access the Beach within just a couple of minutes and steps was ideal. We really enjoyed the deck and being able to play cards out there and feel like we were still on the beach. You won’t regret booking.

Summer 2025

Loved this adorable little cottage. It’s the perfect location and size. Stephanie was great to work with and the house was immaculate when we arrived. We had a fantastic stay in this house and will definitely be back next year.

We had a great time at the Light House Cottage! Place was clean and as advertised. Very close walk to the beach and the beach was not busy despite being the peak season. This was our first time visiting Topsail, and this will definitely bring us back. Stephanie was a great host, she and Connie were very responsive and communicative.

Cottage Family Fun

The propert was very clean, steps from the beach, had all accommodations needed for the entire week. Beautiful setting for a sunrise. Crab hubting at night was fun! Overall my entire family (kids ages 3-20) and myself and my husband enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Time

We had a wonderful time staying at the Cozy Light House. Everything was as described! The beach entrance is literally 20 steps from this home. Everything inside was nice and clean. Dish and hand soaps were provided and beds were super comfy! Communication with owner was quick and easy. Will definitely stay here on a regular basis.

Great Ocean View Property!

Overall, we had a great stay! I feel like this is a perfect VRBO for the price. When we first arrived, we could not find the TV remote and Stephanie quickly helped us to get a new one! The living room furniture was very comfortable. The beds were also comfortable as well. We brought our family dog and he loved the house, deck, and the beach! We didn’t really use the downstairs since it was so hot but the upstairs was all we needed! Great area to take morning/evening walks as well.

This place is great and the beach is not overly busy here. It's great being able to sip your morning coffee on the deck while enjoying the ocean. The overhang on the deck with a picnic table makes eating outside enjoyable even on sunny days. Stephanie was very responsive and checking in and checking out was easy.

House was Very close to beach, a few second walk. That was my favorite part, was able to go to beach and come back to eat then back to beach in the most timely manner. Only 10 minutes to eat at the best restaurants too!our host answered questions really quickly too. We will be back :)
