Third row with a 2 minute walk to public access. No public parking so beach is pretty private. No house second or fourth row. Very private and surrounded by oaks. You'll think you're living in a treehouse. Recently remodeled and decorated. Rental is one of two units (duplex). The other unit is not a vacation rental.

This house was in a great location! It is in the trees and just off the main road and it was very quiet. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a quick and easy easy walk to the beach. We hope to stay here again.

Loved our stay. The prize was great and the location as well. It literally took us a couple of minutes to get to the beach and only about one minute to get to the sound side. Also, we have NEVER stayed at a house that was so well equipped with towels, paper products, spices etc., etc. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Access to the beach was great, less that 3min walk. Access to the BBQ and full kitchen made cooking meals easy, especially since the other local options are miles away. We were able to book a local fishing charter with ease, The local roller skating rink was a blast.

The unit was just as described - modern and very clean. It was easy communicating with the host. Close to the beach and we enjoyed being there for a few days of down time.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house is very convenient to the beach. It’s just a short walk to the beach access and the beach itself was beautiful and not very populated. The house was clean, updated, and worked really well for us and our 3 yr old daughter. Jeff was highly communicative and great to work with during our stay. He was really friendly and had some great recommendations for places to go on the island. We’re looking forward to another stay next summer!

Second time at this location this year and we had another great time. Will definitely be checking out future availability. Location on the island couldn’t be any better with plenty of privacy on the beach. House is great with tons of privacy and a nice clean and modern feel. The space is always stocked with plenty of clean towels and linens along with the essentials (TP, paper towels, etc) that you don’t find at most rentals. Only thing more we could have asked of our host would be to work some magic to make the time pass a bit slower. ;) Couldn’t ask for a better retreat.

This is the best place to stay if you are older and have a dog. It is such an easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded.The house was well shaded, and the porch was excellent for sitting and reading.Its master suite was comfortable.The washer and dryer were a big plus.Will most likely stay there again.

We've vacationed at Topsail Island 7-8 times now and everyone thought this was the best place we've stayed at so far.

Another great stay at Topsail

I have stayed here many times before and it is always a good time. Nice house with an easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to shopping and eating. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean and just a short walk to the beach yet nestled in a quiet wooded area. The outdoor shower and downstairs entrance is a nice way to clean off before going into the main part of the house. Overall we highly recommend it.
