Modern 2 Bedroom with Quick Walk to the Beach, Pet Friendly

Third row with a 2 minute walk to public access. No public parking so beach is pretty private. No house second or fourth row. Very private and surrounded by oaks. You'll think you're living in a treehouse. Recently remodeled and decorated. Rental is one of two units (duplex). The other unit is not a vacation rental.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean and just a short walk to the beach yet nestled in a quiet wooded area. The outdoor shower and downstairs entrance is a nice way to clean off before going into the main part of the house. Overall we highly recommend it.

Another great stay at Topsail

I have stayed here many times before and it is always a good time. Nice house with an easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to shopping and eating. Highly recommended.

Quiet spot just off the beach.

Fantastic house that was bettter than advertised. House layout is very family friendly and is an easy two minute walk to the beach.

Quiet and Relaxing

Great quiet section of the beach, super quick walk for third row. Beautifully renovated and nicely decorated. Super clean, plenty of nice towels, comfy beds. A/C worked great. Nice outdoor shower and indoor conditioned basement area to drop all your beach stuff. The only improvement would be some hooks in the basement to hang up towels and swim suits. One of the best beach houses we've rented.

Awesome Spot

Great location tucked away off the road, surrounded by trees and plantings yet steps to beach access either left or right down the sidewalk. Jeff was a great host providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would def stay again (hopefully next time for more nights)!

Best Topsail island stay yet

We've vacationed at Topsail Island 7-8 times now and everyone thought this was the best place we've stayed at so far.

Perfect Place to Stay

This was the perfect place to stay on Topsail Island! It was clean, comfortable, and super close to the beach. It's tucked away in the trees so it's private and yet still close to everything. It feels like a treehouse! We will definitely come back to stay!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. Everything was as pictured and Jeff was super helpful and responsive if we needed him. The beach access was so close I almost walked by it the first time. Would love to return!

Lovely serene flat close to beach

What a great property, clean, and so simply and beautifully decorated, you can really see the light play against the live oaks. Nice linens and towels. I can’t wait to come back next year.

One of the best on Topsail

Fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect and the is house is also. Super clean and comfortable. One the best if not the best house we’ve stayed in while at Topsail. Jeff is super attentive and easy to work with. Will definitely return again..

Nice location, great host

Property as pictured. Nice location, quick walk to beach, beach was not too crowded. Host was very responsive and great to work with. Large natural light filled living room. Enjoyed our stay - met our needs for the weekend.

Great Beach Getaway!

Loved our stay! Very close to the beach. The house was clean, updated, and had plenty of space for our family of four for the week--including two spacious bathrooms. We loved the decor, and we enjoyed having meals on the deck under the trees. Jeff was helpful and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!

Wonderful Property

Wonderful beach place, clean, beautifully decorated and recently remolded. The trees surrounding the property are beautiful and you feel like your in a tree house. The beds are very comfy and kitchen is well stocked also. We highly recommend this property and Jeff the owner is great!! He responds quickly if any questions and cares about making your visit great and comfortable at his beach house.

Excellent location and responsive owners

We very much enjoyed the location of this property, 2 minute walk to the beach and 3 mile bike ride to surf city or serenity point. The condo has a nice entry basement as well that allows most of the sand to stay out of your living space and is a nice place to keep your pup while out to dinner! Very responsive owners if any questions arise.
