THE SPACE
This bright and cheery apartment is sure to put a smile on your day. Modern comfortable furnishings with a hint of Moroccan artisan flair make for a perfect retreat to relax and unwind.
This apartment is located hillside between the Utah State Capitol and the City's central business district. Upon entering the apartment, one will note an up to date kitchen with subway tiled backsplash and new stainless steel full sized refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher and microwave oven. All counter surfaces are custom quartz. The all new kitchen includes placesettings for 4; pots, pans, and baking ware; as well as, toaster, blender and microwave. Meal preparation is a breeze in this galley style kitchen.
The dining room features an expandable counter height table with storage and two bar stools. The stack able full sized washer and dryer is located behind closet sliders in this area.
A conveniently located work station with lighting is located as one enters the apartment.
The Living Room features a comfy queen sized pull out sofa, side chair, built in cabinetry, shelving and gas fireplace. Above the fireplace hangs a 65" ROKU SMART TV w remote.
The Bedroom features our duplication of Westin Hotel's award winning "Heavenly Bed"! Snuggle in layers of luxurious down and goose feather bedding for an incredibly restful night's sleep. 2 nightstands and table lamps provide ample bedside lighting. An alarm clock with USB charging ports is on the nightstand. A 55 " ROKU SMART TV is wall mounted above the electric fireplace.
The Bedroom Closet is large and includes full sized dresser, luggage rack, laundry basket, yoga mat, iron/board and1 umbrella.
Across the hallway is the Bathroom. A tub/ shower combo sits behind floor to ceiling deco draperies of raw silk. Extra towels, blow dryer, toilet paper, shoe shine, and first aide kit can be found in the vanity.
Just outside of the Living Room is a large balcony with patio chairs and side table. Enjoy a spectacular sunset view while relaxing on your private patio.

Welcome to Salt Lake City! I have been visiting family and friends in this City for years and have enjoyed the scenery, the seasons and the people. After careful consideration, I packed up and relocated from Southern California to Utah. My downtown SLC apartment was meant to be a temporary stay ... it was my brother's short term rental after all. I quickly realized that downtown living would be my destiny. The close proximity to incredible dining, entertainment, transportation, and the opportunity to be a part of this rapidly developing metropolitan city; made my choice easy. So I bought out my brother's short term making it my long term residence. And after 5 years in place I have not questioned that decision once. So take the time to explore... it's all here..inky footsteps away. Historic attractions, hiking trails, biking, mountain resorts, shopping, dining, sports and multiple entertainment venues are all waiting for you to enjoy!
