This rental was amazing and very beautiful. It felt like home and the beds were very comfortable. We were sad we had to go, we will definitely be back!

Loved staying at this property! It was beautiful inside and out. Host was great at communicating. We had beautiful views! Didn’t get to see bears but that’s ok! lol Beds were soooo comfy! Would highly recommend and will definately be back!

Cabin was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Couch and chair was comfortable. Host was accommodating and quick to communicate. Cabin was in a good location. Nice hot tub. Saw a couple of bears. Two thumbs up!

Communicating was easy. Beautiful view. Hot tub was really nice. Was warned about stink bugs. We saw a bear cub the first night! The bear cub came back the second night and rolled around the wood pumpkin by the deck. looks like it tried to bite a chunk out of it. We had a great time

Thanks so very much ! Glad you enjoyed the stay ! And yes stink bugs are bad this time of year ! Park first releases Japanese lady bugs to combat a bug eating trees then those got over populated and then releases stink bugs to combat lady bugs ! Thankfully they are all gone by November

Great getaway in Gatlinburg for us! Location was wonderful, but I am unsure if it would truly be walkable. I realize some have done it, but it IS a steep road. Driving in was easy and quick. Overall, the home was very clean and comfortable. The bed on the main level was very comfortable, although quite high. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for meals, whether cooking or heating up leftovers. The hot tub was great - very clean! The host was great with communication. Book this place! You won’t regret it!

Thanks very much ! Glad you enjoyed the place. It’s not a difficult walk if you want to walk to parkway. I’m 53 and have had 4 knee surgeries and I have done it many times . Just do it ! Lol. Come back anytime !

Everything was wonderful. This was our first time using VRBO and the process of check in/ check out/ and our stay was easy/ smooth. The cabin is close to the strip but because of the drive ways, road ways, no walk ways to the strip I do not find it safe to walk there or at least easy to do so. That being said we could get anywhere in Gatlinburg within a 10 min drive. We did see bears on the property too!

Glad yall enjoyed the stay ! Traffic is driving pretty slow. My wife and I walk to and from the strip. Several guests have but I understand your concern . Once you get to the half mile mark there are walkways to the rest of the strip. Yall come back anytime !

Everything was wonderful . Cabin is very nice . Our only problem was we are older and the beds were a little too firm for us . But bought a mattress topper and allIs well .

Glad you enjoyed the stay ! We bought Nectar mattresses. Some people have different opinions but the majority love them and ask what kind of mattresses we have.

Our family had a great time minus the carpenter ants and some type of worm that seem to favor the lower level bathroom. While sitting in the hot tub the first night we had a bear that came within 10 feet to welcome us to the neighborhood. My wife and daughter couldn't get out of the hot tub fast enough lol, but he was not interested in them just more interested what was in my truck which he would of been disappointed due to we had already taken all the food inside. Overall we had a good stay and the size was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Black bear views is true to the name. Suggestion would be to add a gate to the deck due to being easily accessed by unwanted visitors if not paying attention since it is on the ground level. Thank you

Hi Brett ! Glad you all had a great stay ! I will make pest control aware of the ants. We have had a rainy summer and they must have made their way in somewhere. And yes ! You will almost always see Bears at the cabin ! A gate would not help ! They can climb anything ! They will smell food in a vehicle from a month out or more. They never bother people just looking for food. Glad you all saw the bears and enjoyed your stay !

Cabin was real nice and clean only problem was the parking with the 2 full size trucks other than that I would give 4 1/2 stars out of a 5 the host was real nice to contact with any problems we had

The house was in excellent proximity to downtown Gatlinburg. It was clean and comfortable. We did see a bear while in the hot tub and it had several family games we were able to play. Would stay here again.
