Come to Gatlinburg and enjoy the Smokys in peace and quiet while relaxing on the front porch, sipping your coffee and watching, deer, turkey, and maybe an occasional bear.. Yes bear in the front yard or up the road in the National Park that borders the road.
Enjoy the moonlight before turning in to the bedroom that will capture you into peaceful sleep on pillow-top mattresses and quality linens. We are close to Dollywood, The Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge and 1.8 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg.

Our cabin is located on highway 321 and close to downtown Gatlinburg. This highway has the only grocery store in Gatlinburg on it, as well as McDonald's, Subway, several restaurants, several pizza places and 2 pancake houses. Whether you eat out or in, everyone needs to run to the grocery store occasionally and this is very convenient to have the grocery store 1.5 miles from the cabin on hwy 321.

This cabin is awesome! Very clean and easy accessible. Mr. Knibles is a great host and easy to reach. Of course, the bears visiting is always a bonus.

We've vacationed at this cabin many times. We've never had a bad experience. The cabin is everything one would want. The host is accessible and accommodating. This is my favorite vacation spot. We come here at least twice a year to experience the beautiful wildlife, which is abundant.

Love our visits here. It’s about or 5th trip now. Clean cabin exactly as pictured and host is very easy to contact if need be. He always answers promptly.Close to town and secluded for peace and quiet . Saw bear visitors several times. They wander through the property and mind their business and we mind ours. Very cozy cabin and love the area it’s in.

This is a great place to stay. Kitchen has everything you need, for a cabins , rooms are very spacious. We stayed in July, had bears visit us every day for the week. So peaceful and secluded. Highly recommend!

Awesome cabin! Great location. The owner was very communicative and friendly. The cabin was so clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and spacious. And we saw a bear in the front yard so my kids were thrilled!

Cabin was perfect! We saw bears three different times during our week long stay. Secluded enough yet not too far from downtown. The hot tub was great during the evenings after walking around all day. I would definitely stay again!

The property was great and we loved the cabin. The decor on the walls could use a good dusting but everything was as expected. The host gave great directions, entry to the property was seamless, and it's in a great location.

Highly recommend this cabin. Nice and quiet area! Great view of the mountains from the porch. Really nice cabin! Saw bears everyday. Host great to work with. Had issue getting the tv to work. (We aren’t tech savvy). Emailed the host. He called within a few minutes and walked my wife through the steps to fix it. Very helpful and on top of things. We will be back!

The host is very welcoming, and the cabin is gorgeous! It was nice to be so close to downtown, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountainside. Will definitely stay again!

Our stay was juat perfect , specially with 2 kids who enjoyed their bunkbed to the fullest and the cabin itself.We were welcomed by the family of bears on the very 1st day. Unfortunately we couldn't use the hot tub as we were scared of the bears .Overall experience was juat beautiful. Will definitely recommend.

Loved our stay at the cabin. We like the area it’s close to town. We like the seclusion it’s very clean, very quiet and just a very, very comfortable place to stay. This is our third stay and have another stay coming up in the fall. The host is extremely attentive and if you have any questions, he’s right there just a phone call away. We enjoy sitting on the deck enjoying the wildlife.

No complaints at all, Everything was perfect. This is my favorite vacation spot. The bears with cubs provide continual entertainment and amazement, If you love nature, this is your place, If you like shopping and dining, again, this is the perfect location. I come here several times each year. Can't wait for September for my next reservation.

This stay was everything we could have wanted and more. The aesthetic is beautiful and you can never go wrong with a hot tub! We had bears visit daily which was so exciting to see so up close!! We booked in advance by many months so we got a really good deal I think for how beautiful this place was. We already keep talking about wanting to come back here. The host was so kind and provided helpful information about local trails!

Our family has been coming to the Smoky Mountains for over 50 years. It is one of our favorite vacation destinations and holds many special childhood and family memories. We have camped, stayed in condos and hotels. In 2006 after finding this lot, we decided to build our own cabin.

This cabin is located on a private flat lot located close to downtown and the Roaring Fork Motor Trail.

You are close to town yet secluded in a gorgeous private cabin with large kitchen and plenty of room. Outside there is a picnic area in summer and a Jacuzzi anytime.
Only 2 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and lots more fun. The roads are well maintained in winter and it is close to Gatlinburg's only grocery store.
