17th Floor Oceanfront 2 Bed 2 Bath - Open Pool & 2 mi. to Ocean Center

There is an extensive concrete restoration project ongoing at the building. The project has moved to the south side where this unit is located. Construction on this unit is complete but noise will be heard during working hours of Monday - Friday 7:45 a to 4 pm. Workers on swing stages will be going up and down the building working. Balcony may not be accessible during working hours due to swing stages. Guests will be updated prior to arrival ***

There is a pack n play and umbrella stroller for those guests with little ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to enjoy a home cooked meal, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, toaster oven with air fry option and guest favorites - waffle maker and Margaritaville drink machine.
