This unit is close to everything, hotels, Casino, only 8 minutes from the airport, do exercise in the park or the beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This furniture Apartment has Air Conditioning & Ceilings fans, Ceramic Floors, Equipped Kitchen (Microwave, top Stove, Refrigerator), flat Screen TV with Basic Cable TV, WIFI Internet.

ACCOMODATIONS BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a QUEEN SIZE BED for two guests, side tables lamp, flat screen TV for a relaxing night at your home away from home, dresser with mirror, A/C unit in bedroom only, Ceilings fans, iron and board, closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with shower.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". This unit located just in front of Isla Verde Marine Reserve. Bring your snorkeling gear and be fun!

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.

Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

NOTE: Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own.
