Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony of this sleepy canal home. Spend your day kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or relaxing on the beach and then cool off in your private pool and hot tub. Enjoy a game of pool or ping pong on the first floor level game room. Personal home gym included with Peloton* (Must have your own peloton membership) Home office with dual desks for working remote or utilize it as a 5th bedroom (queen bed)

Our family has enjoyed the gulf beaches for many years now. From Clearwater to Ft Myers. We love this home in longboat key for its proximity to the white sand beach and crystal blue water! We can access Anna Maria in a short ride or drive south to St Armand’s circle. But returning “home” to this sleepy lagoon and quiet neighborhood after a day at the beach warms our souls!
