We loved the house! It was perfect for our family. Communication was amazing, home was clean & we had everything we needed. Pool was nice & clean.

This property was ideal for our girls weekend. Plenty of beds and bath rooms. The updated kitchen is lovely. The pool was our favorite spot. A few blocks from the beach!

Fabulous place!!!!I grew up in the area and was in town to visit with my family. The layout has a great flow - spacious rooms and the open concept living area is fantastic for larger groups. The kitchen is well equipped from cookware to spices and was admired by all! The pool/deck area was used daily - also a hit! Although not used, there is a grill and a fire pit area to enjoy. Each bedroom has a private bath which is always nice, plus a half bath off the kitchen. The workspace areas were a nice bonus (1 in the kitchen, 1 in a bedroom) and helpful as I did have work to attend to while in town. Overall, this is one of the nicest places I've stayed and will be my first choice when planning future trips!

Awesome Beach, Sun & Fun Getaway

We had a fantastic stay! The house is located in a safe/quiet neighborhood, was conveniently located to the beach & area attractions and included most everything you might need. Every room was beautifully decorated and the back yard was a relaxing oasis. Additionally, the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive whenever needed. I would highly reccomend and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!

HI Oasis

This rental is comfortable, clean with large open floor plan and great kitchen isle! Home is well stocked with whatever utensils, dishes or pans you may need to prepare meals there or visit any of the excellent dining choices in nearby Ft. Pierce. We traveled with our dog and had a wonderful time!

Amazing location! This house is not only beautifully decorated, it was the perfect size for my husband and I, 4 teenagers and our dog. We brought our boat and dropped it in a mile away at the boat ramp which was so convenient. We walked to the beach every morning and night. We grabbed subs from Sharkey’s and drinks and snacks from Cumberland which made it so convenient. The hosts were so accommodating and communicated well. We will definitely be back!

Truly enjoyed our stay here. We’ve been coming to this area for years. We actually stayed across the street once. But this house really impressed us. Three adults and three teenagers. Perfect spacing. Spread out. Every detail considered. Very clean. The location is fantastic. Hope to stay here again. The hosts are gracious and kind.

Beautiful Home with a nice pool within walking distance to the beach. Home was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. You can tell owners love and care about their home. Bed was comfortable, had comfortable furnishings through out the home. Felt like a HomeAway from home. We will for sure rent again when visiting North Hutchinson Island :)

This is a great property in a very convenient location. The pool, hot tub, and backyard were the best part of this place and very private. The bar and grill that is mentioned in the listing was also a cool place to hang out in the evenings to listen to live music. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you are going to be staying in the area!

My wife and I are from Massachusetts and run a rental company on Cape Cod. Moving to Florida is our goal when we retire but in the meantime, we are renting out our lovely house until then. We have tried to equip the house with not just what a weekly tenant may look for but have set it up with most things that you would expect to have at your own home. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

North Hutchinson island where this home is located is very convenient to everything you love about Florida. The beach is just a few minute walk, there is a convenience store and a restaurant within walking distance, the famous waterfront restaurant Little Jim's is about a mile away. There is a large public boat ramp right around the corner as well as a state park that borders the beach and Fort Pierce Inlet.

Downtown Fort Pierce and South Hutchinson Island is about 6 minutes away and has lots of things to do and places to eat. Vero Beach is also about a 20 minute drive on the barrier island and is a great little beach town as well.

If you are into pickleball, there is a court very close by at Pepper Park which is right next to the Navy Seal Museum. There are 4 paddles and balls at the house.

If you have a kayak or bike, there are great places to go. You can kayak through the mangoes for days. We like to ride our bikes off road through the couple of large loops that are cut into the local county parks within about 5 minute bike ride away.

We had vacationed in the neighborhood for 3 years before we bought and knew that was the only place in the area we wanted a house. We hope you will find the area as lovely as we do.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This house is great because of its large open living/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Our pool is right off the kitchen and gets direct sun most of the afternoon and shade late in the day. There is an overhang to stay out of the sun too. In the back yard you will find a grill, picnic table and umbrella and there are 4 Adirondack chairs and gas firepit in a sandy, beach like area to end the night. There are many fruit and vegetable plants around the yard so please feel free to eat anything that looks ripe.
