Lovely house and excellent location

The house was great. Plenty of space and beds for our 4 families. House was well stocked and we loved having access to the sound on the days the beach was too rough.

We had a great time! The children had a great time playing and swimming on the private dock. I had the most fun lounging on the beach chairs, and laughing at my daughter, trying to learn to paddle board.

Very beautiful place. We had 15 family members and enough room for all without being on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed, the only thing I went and bought was a cheese grater. That says a lot. We could have used a small 4 seat table, with having that many people but we made do. The host were very accommodating and prompt. I would stay with them again.

Beautiful accomodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We gathered for a memorial service and it was wonderful for the family to be able to stay together. The house was great, spacious and things to do. The only complaint was the lower level with the fusball and ping pong needed a fan.

Graduation Celebration Stay

This Home is set up perfectly for a large group. We were three generations deep, and everyone had private areas. Being on the bayside, we were so lucky to enjoy the calmer waters, dock, and backyard space, while the Gulfside experienced a few Red flag days and a couple of Purple flag days (jellyfish). The quiet gated neighborhood is a plus, and the walk to the Public Beach Access was an easy stroll. Oh, and Dolphins were seen from the balcony, too!

We were only here for the weekend for a family wedding. So we were not in the house fir long. Wished we had more time to stay..because the house

Phenomenal property and location.

The property is spectacular, the location phenomenal, only issue we had was property immediately next door was being remodeled. Heavy equipment littered the front and could be heard and seen all week long while we tried to enjoy such an amazing property. I understand this was a one time case of just bad timing but a little transparency would have been nice.

We're so glad you enjoyed this beautiful property. We never want our guests to be surprised or put out, but we are not informed when neighboring homes are having work done.

Absolutely Beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was immaculate. Beautiful views of the sound from nearly every place in the house. Everything was clean and new. Our family enjoyed playing pickleball nearly daily, and you just couldn't beat relaxing at night either in the sand on the lowest level or on the patio. This is a yearly trip for our family, and this has been by far our favorite place we've stayed. As long as the price doesn't grow too much in the coming years, I foresee us making this our yearly house to stay. Can't say enough great things about this place.

This home is beautiful with lots of space. Had a bed for all 11 of us :) Best of all it was clean!!! Kitchen had everything needed as well has neatly stocked without all the clutter. We had the hot water go out on us twice due to a breaker in a locked closet. We were not able to lock doors when we would leave (no lock button on entry keypad) We didn’t bring beach chairs bc home said they had but most were broke & low uncomfortable chairs so we went buy some. Only thing that could’ve made it nicer would be a backyard pool although the community pool was great.

We're sorry you experienced hot water interruptions from a breaker in the locked closet — maintenance has addressed the issue and we’ve reviewed access procedures. We apologize the entry keypad lacked a lock button; we’ll inspect the lock and update the guest instructions. We’re also replacing the broken beach chairs and checking all outdoor seating so future guests have comfortable options.
