In the Great room the extra large sliders extend all the way across the room for wide open views of your extra wide canal. Your boat dock is right outside your back door. Minutes away from the ocean. Walk, bike or boat over to Cape Harbour with Waterfront Restaurants & Entertainment!
The Space:
You are welcome to rent a boat or bring your own and keep it on the powered boat lift. The home is in a excellent and quiet neighborhood. This area is considered the best in Cape Coral.
Guest Access:
You have complete access and privacy at your home.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located near Cape Harbour. You are also close to open waters and you can go directly to Sanibel island.
Getting Around:
It’s best to have a car in the area. It’s great to know you can also go by boat and get to near by restaurants. Uber is also available.
Interaction with Guests:
I only live a few miles away and I will be available if you need me or if you have any questions.
