We require a signed rental agreement, ID check, and a $1000 security hold to confirm a reservation. The security hold is made through a payment processor - no credit card information is shared with us and no charges are made on the card - it is a placeholder that is placed 2 days prior to arrival and released after check-out as long as no damage is noted.
