With space for everyone in your group, family-friendly features, a private bubbly hot tub, an in-home cedar sauna, and cozy corners for relaxation, Pond Peak Place is the ideal home base for your next mountain adventure.

Step inside and you'll find a bright and open living room with tall windows that flood the space with tons of natural light. The main level features an open concept living area with oversized couches, leather chairs, a flat screen TV, soundbar, and a crackling fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and plenty of counter space. There's even a coffee station and wine fridge in the wet bar that are easily accessible from the living room! Dine with mountain views at the easy bar height table with seating for four, the dining room table with room for 10, or simply pull up to one of four breakfast bar stools and chat with the chef. Looking to dine al fresco? Slide open the glass doors and step onto your private patio overlooking the tranquil pond, complete with an outdoor dining area, a fire pit with additional seating, and a private hot tub for unwinding after a day full of adventure. The backyard also offers direct access to the Fraser River and Fraser River Trail, the ideal spot for a morning stroll or sunset walk.

Ready to rest easy? Head upstairs to find the Primary King Suite complete with a private deck that offers sweeping mountain views, a large ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a shower/tub combo, and generous storage space. On this level, you'll also find a Queen bedroom and a Twin bedroom with two Twin beds, which share a full bathroom accessed through the hallway. Back on the main level there is another King Suite with additional plush seating complete with an attached ensuite bathroom. There is also a Bunk Suite on this level featuring two sets of Twin/Twin bunk beds, an attached ensuite bathroom, and a private lounge area with comfy leather couches, a flat screen TV and a fireplace. For overflow sleeping, enjoy an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the bonus room on the main level with private access to the deck/hot tub and easy access to the in-home cedar sauna. Additional perks include a large mudroom for all your ski and outdoor gear, a full size washer & dryer, outdoor parking spaces for up to three vehicles and one in the garage, plus extra storage for bikes and skis.
