Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the bay from the living room and balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. Place was very clean. As mentioned in another review, the bedroom is on the front so you can hear some noise - still slept fine. Office staff and cleaning staff was very friendly.

The beach view was amazing! The condo is cozy and perfect for a family. Location is convenient too. Anytime I spoke with management, they were helpful and very pleasant. The value was great, too!

The view, pool, beach, and front desk staff were great. The only things that would have made this place better would be a bigger shower (it is really tiny especially for a tall person), in room laundry, and later pool time during the summer months (closes at 9). Also the pool is supposed to be at 85 degrees, but it certainly didn’t feel that warm.

The view was great, well kept beach & grounds. The unit itself was good. Only a few parts of the unit need attention ASAP. The subfloor in front of the shower was completely rotted out from years of poor maintenance. Water goes underneath the flooring. Also, there are quite a few cellar spiders in the unit just due to the high amount of gnats. Overall, the place was clean & worked for what we needed it for. On-site management is extremely friendly. Laundry is 3 wash and 3 dry, nice Speed Queen units. Furniture in the units and area rug could use some updating.

Wonderful Little Condo

Perfect stay!

It’s always refreshing to walk into a Vrbo and it to be exactly as good as the pictures online. The Condo was clean and perfect space for a couple. The waterfront view was beautiful. The water is clear and shallow. The private beach and grounds were well maintained. The staff were so welcoming, we highly recommend this unit!

This place was perfect for our needs! Beach access was easy along with a clean pool and accomodating staff. The only downside which other reviews noted was how noisy the bedroom can be with traffic driving by and folks walking to their own rooms right outside the window. Other than that, the condo was very clean and updated which was nice along with a beautiful view of the water. The kids had a blast and we appreciate the stay!

Room With a View

We love the area it is close to the tart yrail, drug store and several restaurants. This is a very nice condo with updated finishes, beautiful views, full kitchen. Only cons the pool closes at 5 pm, bedroom is in the front of the unit so you get traffic noise, a small shower.

Pros: good location, beach access, beautiful and very clean room, plenty of towels and linens including beach towels, balcony with bay view. Cons: Very limited parking, sound carries between rooms, TINY shower. Con for us, but probably not everyone: the water is knee-to-ankle deep very far out, so we were not able to swim.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very nice. Great view. The shower is a little small. Felt like a cruise ship size. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Only real problem we had was the pool was down due to a pump problem and didn't get up until the 5th day. We were really looking forward to going into the pool. We would definitly stay here again.

Parking spots are very tight, a small suv was difficult. The listing says laundry is on-site and the pool is open until 9pm both are not accurate.

Thank you for the feedback. We are in the process of turning over to new laundry equipment and have been pushed back due to supply issues. Our biggest hurdle is parking. We are hoping when the lot is redone they will widen the spots a bit. The pool has been open until 8pm or later. I will make a note to change that on the site. Thanks again
