Waterfalling Estate is an oceanfront compound unlike any other on the Big Island. Nestled clifftop along the breathtaking Hamakua Coast, this hideaway boasts a private 85-foot waterfall, an Olympic pool featuring a two-story waterslide, spa, fully loaded custom gym, personal nine tee golf course, rooftop helicopter pad, and resort-quality tennis, pickleball and basketball court with stadium seating.

Room Configuration:
- 5 Master Oceanview King Suites / en suite baths
- 1 Oceanview Open Room with 4 Twin Beds (bunk style) and an additional King Bed

Each of the five primary suites offers ocean views and en suite bathrooms. There is an open bunk room that also has ocean views. A local host is available to assist with personal concierge services, including custom tour guiding for unforgettable off-property adventures. The property also has one of the best gourmet chefs on the island for hire.

This 3-story home provides unparalleled privacy and space. Gathering opportunities abound, whether on the pool deck, in the spacious open concept kitchen and great room, at three different bar areas, or two BBQ grill areas. Plush seating areas on all three levels also allow large groups to spread out and enjoy individual activities. The soothing sounds of the private waterfall and 180° ocean views invite total tranquility. Wraparound lanais on multiple levels offer the opportunity to dine, sunbathe and relax with infinite views of the sky and ocean. Sunset colors and stunning sunrises and moonrises bring you into rhythm with nature, and the expansive rolling grounds with koi ponds and a meditative seating area draw out your inner Zen.

The two upper primary Master Suites are outfitted with Cal king beds, seating areas, 60” Smart flat-screen televisions, two separate baths, one with a soaking jacuzzi tub, toilet, and sink, and the other with a shower, toilet, and sink. One of the Master rooms has an additional Queen bed. The third bedroom features a Cal king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Each of the Master Suites enjoys a private patio as well. The two lower-level primary suites have Cal king beds, en suite full baths, and sliding doors to the covered lanai and pool deck. The open concept bunk room is on the upper level with the Masters Suites and has two sets of bunk beds and a Cal king bed. Maximum occupancy of 16. Small gatherings and events will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire for details.

All bedrooms except the open bunk room, which just has a ceiling fan and lots of windows for cooling, have AC.

Waterfalling Estate

We just had a five day stay at the house. The house did not live well for 8 adults. There is no pool heat, lack of AC in the house other than two bedrooms and another room is two bunks with a bed behind a curtain. Plus there is no closet and bathroom. Another bedroom has no bathroom either. The movie theatre is just a small nook in the lower level and tight with six people and tripping over power cords. Lots of stairs to connect the various outdoor activities. There was no sauna and one hot tub did not work. Barbecue was filthy and didn't work very well. My biggest issue is this is not conveyed very well in the marketing materials and felt like it was a bit deceptive. I would not recommend this house. The bright spot is its a beautiful piece of land with a gorgeous view.

I absolutely loved my stay!

The WAterfaling Estate was incredible! It's a home where you are paying for the gorgeous land and the space and amenities. The house itself needs a few updates but I'm not at all complaining. I absolutely loved it! In fact, I'll be back in 2025 and 2026!
