Beautifully decorated apartment. Plenty of room. Nice little touches like soaps and a variety of coffee offerings. Parking was easy. We walked to restaurants during our stay. The lock box for the keys was finicky - but we eventually figured it out.

Check in was seamless and the host reached out to ensure we didn’t have any issues. The place was beautiful and just as pictured! Everything was very clean and there were thoughtful touches throughout to make our stay even more comfortable. We would absolutely stay at this place again!

Everything was as pictured. It was really a very comfortable apartment. The host and hostess did everything they could possibly do to make our stay pleasant. I do appreciate the cleanliness as I have asthma. The whole place was perfectly clean. We really appreciated the comfortable mattress and the air-conditioning. Thank you to Glenn and Teresa.

Perfect in every way! The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated to retain its vintage charm. Our hosts thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and even better than we could ever expect. It was in a handsome building that was within walking distance from great restaurants, the river, a pharmacy and village shops.

Stay in B'ville

This apartment is very nicely located at the B'ville 4 corners. Easy access to restaurants and shops. The hosts were very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

I traveled to Bville for visit with extended family and friends and could not have been more happy with the accommodations. First, the property is in a historic building and has all the charm you would expect from a thoughtfully preserved landmark, with timeless craftsmanship, distinctive architectural details, and a character that is rarely replicated in modern construction. Second, the property was clean and exceptionally well cared for, reflecting the owners' attention to detail and pride in maintaining a welcoming, comfortable, and spotless space for their guests. Finally, the location is ideal, placing you in the heart of Bville, where small-town charm meets everyday convenience. From the property, you're just a short walk from unique local shops, the waterfront, and excellent restaurants—including favorites like Angry Garlic—making it easy to experience the very best the village has to offer. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Amazing location !

What a great stay! The hosts were so amazing and helpful! This was my 1st VRBO experience and it was fantastic. The location was perfect tons within walking distance. The unit was very pretty and modern and love the small touches they added especially the dimming chandelier in the bedroom. I would definitely recommend it.

We recently stayed at this lovely VRBO property and had a wonderful experience! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, which made settling in a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy, allowing us to get settled in quickly without any hassle. The off-street parking was a fantastic bonus, making it convenient to come and go without worrying about finding a spot. Additionally, WiFi was available, which was great for staying connected during our trip.Another highlight was the location — just a short walk to a delightful breakfast cafe. Charming, Warm and Welcoming

I was in town for my Auntie's Funeral, Teresa and Glen went out of their way to assist me in what ever way they could. The apartment was very nicely done. Clean, comfortable and located right in the middle of Baldwinsville. I LOVED staying here and will again the next time I visit! A

Designer’s Touch

What better way to visit BVille than to stay right at the heart of the village in this most charming and completely revamped functional 1-Bedroom flat on the second story. Very comfortable, extremely clean and super cute! I very much look forward to staying there again. btw - the owner’s photos online are very accurate, well lit and tell the story - I say this as a former real estate photographer.

The little things

This place is beautiful and nicely furnished and decorated. But what stood out was that If I had wanted to cook, I wouldn't have needed to buy the basic necessities: salt, pepper, butter (in the freezer), vinegar, olive oil, ketchup, tea and coffee with condiments, a couple packages of biscuits, etc! Enough to get one started or just right to start the day before exploring. The hosts are also very responsive the couple times I contacted them. I would definitely stay here again!

This was such a cool apartment. It was perfect for our getaway. It was spotless - and being pet free provided a great, allergy free stay. Situated near eateries, and the town is really cool. Parking was convenient and free, which was nice. Teresa (the host) reached out to me to ensure everything was fine (which it was), and I would definitely recommend this apartment.
