We stayed two nights. Overall we loved it. It was spacious and comfortable. The listing says washer and dryer available but we did not see that available in unit. Would definitely stay again

Nice place, great communication with owner really no problems other than I thought the area was a little sketchy, but that is just me. We had no issues. We were only there for one night for a concert and really was not in the room very much except to sleep.

Apartment is clean and well appointed with everything needed for your stay. Lots of room to spread out and very quiet. Located between a school and church it was neat to hear church bells ringing in the afternoon. Host is very responsive and helpful.

The inside of the property was pretty much like the pictures and description described. The real issue was with the outside of the property and the smell inside. The outside of the building and the building next door were taped up, possibly under construction or repair, and the neighborhood was not as expected. There was a strong marijana smell both outside and inside (back room), I/we were uncomfortable and irritated by the smell almost immediately upon arrival. I reached out to the property manager and reported that fact and told him we didn't not feel comfortable staying. We were politely met with an apology but also told that he couldn't do anything in terms of refunding. He simply stated that he's never had any complaints before and advised us to reach out to Vrbo directly. Ultimately we made other arrangements and left before we stayed even one night. At the end of it all, we were refunded for the inconvenience.

We are sorry this happened to you and this was the only time we experienced something like this. As I explained I do not have control over full refunds after arrival and only vrbo can approve it. I could have issued you a maximum allowed refund which would be a partial 50% refund but that would not have been the right thing to do. So only way to remedy this was to go through VRBO directly...

Overall the unit was good. Just a few little things would help a stay be a little more smooth. Availability of facial tissue and bath body soap were lacking. Trash can liners were not in the trash cans. There was no shower liner, so a little concerned about keeping the water in the shower. The shower was plumbed backwards, so that took a second to figure out if there was hot water; maybe just a marker of some sort will help finding hot and cold. The internet password on the VRBO site was not quite right and there were no instruction manuals in the unit, so that took a bit to figure out.
