Great summer stay

Great stay at Pecan Point. Amazing outdoor space perfect for fishing, swimming, or just hanging out. Host is very attentive and quick to help with anything you need.

We had a good stay overall. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The photos were a definitely little misleading, and the space wasn’t exactly what we expected based on the listing (way smaller than what was listed), but everything ended up working out well.The hot tub was a highlight and was clean and enjoyable. One small heads-up for future guests: the coffee machine is very slow, so if you’re planning to have coffee in the morning, I’d recommend starting it well before you need it.Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

This is such a nice property. Owner made sure hot tub was perfect (beautiful and has a cover), dock fantastic, and house immaculate. There are steep stairs from bedrooms down to kitchen, but they are well marked and have a railing. Overall a great place I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay on the lake! Host was great and very responsive! Parking a little tight, but overall loved the house, the deck and the lake access.

Great cabin in a awesome location

Stayed here for about a week, it’s absolutely gorgeous and the location and area was nice and quiet. Very relaxing. Owner was very quick to respond when we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again

Nice Weekend Getaway

Overall, the place was as advertised. The host was attentive to requests and responded passionately and quickly. The location was good, as it wasn’t too loud or too quiet.

We received all of the necessary information to check in easily. Home was clean and provided just enough space for our family of 6. We loved the outdoor deck space and TV for the evenings and spent lots of time on the dock enjoying the water. The diving board was a hit!

First time at the Ozarks

House was priced well and well furnished. We really love the patios and the dock was so much fun for the kids swimming and fishing. Not a great house for small children (under 3) but was more than adequate for the rest of our family. Great house for the price.

Great Lake Views

Very clean - we did not have to give it the 'wipe down with Lysol wipes' Well maintained - great concrete steps / railings felt very secure walking aroundKitchen had basic good amenitiesBeds were comfy Owners very attentive Outside views of lake excellent and plenty of deck space; great little fireplace mechanics to sit aroundBlackstone was clean and usable

5 We recently stayed at this Lake of the Ozarks property and, while we did encounter a few unexpected challenges, the overall experience was greatly shaped by the outstanding responsiveness of the owner. There were some issues during our stay, including a temporary power outage that required a brief relocation and a later outage lasting several hours, as well as a drain concern and a few minor inconveniences.What truly stood out, however, was the level of care and professionalism provided by the owner. He was always available, promptly answering calls and messages, and took immediate action to address every situation. His communication was excellent, and he consistently followed through to ensure our concerns were handled. He also went above and beyond by reimbursing us for a night’s stay and assisting with cleaning costs, which we sincerely appreciated.While no stay is ever perfect, the owner’s dedication to guest satisfaction made a significant difference. His attentiveness and willingness to make things right gave us confidence in the property, and with these issues addressed, this is a place we would consider staying again.

Excellent Property at The Lake

Everyone in our group was really happy with this house. The location was great, the cove is off the main channel so the water was plenty deep and clean enough to swim. The views and deck space were amazing. We had planned on going out a little more but everyone had so much fun at the house that we ended up staying in the majority of the time! I messed up my initial reservation and the owner was very responsive and able to help me fix it right away. I would book with them again without hesitation.

Comfortable lakeside experience - great for teens!

Beautiful lakeside location in a quiet cove. We loved the huge covered patio with large table and so many chairs. Good for games and dinner. Plenty of available sleeping space and many swimming and bath towels were provided. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking too. Wifi worked well the entire trip. Teens absolutely loved the diving board! We brought our own floaties as well since the water is deep under the dock and it was nice to hang out in the water. They did have 2-3 life vests available as well. We loved our time and would definitely stay again.
