Small but cozy studio condo (Walking steps from beach) located on the intracoastal at Fort Lauderdale North Beach Village (Central Beach). Enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening from our lovely backyard with intracoastal views. One walking block to central beach in Fort Lauderdale and walking distance water taxi, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, entertainment. Great location to relax and unwind on the Fort Lauderdale intracoastal.
The space
Please keep in mind that this is an older unit with older kitchen counters, floor tiles and walls, that is why the price is so cheap for the area. it is still very cozy, clean and has everything you need.
The condo is equipped with everything you need whether on vacation or a business trip. This 400 sqft condo has a full kitchen, walk-in closet for your belongings, full bathroom with tub.
The living space has a daybed that converts from a twin size bed to a king size. Cute L-sofa that seats two comfortably. The office nook has a work desk with chair for business travelers and the unit is equipped with high speed internet for streaming, browsing and emails.
50 Inch smart TV with streaming networks only. No cable. Must use your own sign-in for Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking supplies, silverware, stainless steel stove top/oven, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, Keurig (k-cup) coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer.
The condo complex has a swimming pool, picnic area for dining, sundeck for tanning and fishing dock so bring you fishing rods. The backyard also has a covered bike rack on premises if you come with a bike.
You will have 1 assigned parking space for your vehicle.

I'm all about convenience. With the beach being 1 block away the property is located in a quiet neighborhood but if you love some excitement in your life, just a few blocks over, you can enjoy the nightlife. Bars, restaurants, shops and more all within walking distance. There is a Starbucks 1 block away with ocean views and a CVS within walking distance. FLL international airport is a 15-20 drive away. Miami airport is 40min drive.

The property is located on the Fort Lauderdale intracoastal and 1 walking block to Fort Lauderdale beach. You can watch the sunrise on the beach and watch the sunset right in my our backyard on the intracoastal.
