This is a lovely, well appointed home with a great layout. Very bright. The location makes one feel as if they are in Cape Cod with its natural beauty. Bike rides to the beach in Cape May or walks to Sunset Beach are the way to go.

I was happily surprised to find that the property looked exactly like the photos online. The televisions and appliances were easy to use. The thermostat was a little challenging because I don’t have an electronic one at home but once it was decoded, it was easy to use. The location was great because our family enjoys birdwatching. Having the kitchen upstairs was interesting. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was convenient for getting snacks while watching television in the upstairs sitting room. We really enjoyed the yard as well. Even though there were houses close, we didn’t feel crowded and the plantings were lovely.

Lovely stay on Cape May Point. The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I wanted to reach out to the owner for just a couple minor questions, but couldn't reach John through VRBO.

Very easy communication nice home Rooms were spacious -fit us all. Very nicely decorated The reason not all stars !The thermostat issue -Upstairs nice downstairs freezing could not get a decent setting place was not as clean as expected few things were broken -vacuum toilet leak (some water in den bathroom around commode)sheets were not as clean and some of comforter blankets outside needed weeding bad ! Also no beach tags left so we had to purchase though we are suppose to be reimbursed Place was in nice area -very beautiful

The house is solid (we were there through a nor'easter,) immaculately clean, and comfortable. We were thrilled!The kitchen is on the second floor. We didn't anticipate that, so moving in and out required some effort. But the living room, dining area, kitchen, and balcony (plus a master bedroom) on that floor made total sense. There wasn't a thing we needed of the kitchen that wasn't supplied. All six of our seniors enjoyed the time there.

Perfect Family Getaway – A True Gem in Cape May PointWe recently stayed at this beautiful property in Cape May Point and cannot say enough great things about it! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, incredibly well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything a family could possibly need.There were five of us, and we had more than enough room to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy our time together. The layout was ideal for both gathering as a group and finding quiet space when needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and then some), the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were peaceful and perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk to the beach, the lighthouse, and all the charm Cape May Point has to offer. Whether it was beach days, bike rides, or just enjoying time as a family, this home served as the perfect base for our vacation. We left with full hearts, great memories, and already talking about coming back next year.Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
