Better instruction for hot tub use.Perhaps have a small table top grill on third floor balcony instead of going downto the first floor(basement) to barbecue and then have to carry everything backup to the third floor where the kitchen is located.Need to post "How-To" usage of fire place.

Thanks for the review. We appreciate the feedback! I’ll see about instructions for hot tub. Grills need to be 10 ft from the house according to fire code, otherwise we definitely would have it closer to the kitchen! The fireplace is just a switch next to it on the right labeled fireplace.

Lovely comfortable, well equipped, spotless house. Very tastefully decorated. Quiet location and nice to be able to walk to the bay. The only improvement would be a few more instructions about what the many remotes were for, and using the Nest thermostats, which we were not familiar with.

This home is beautiful and a quick walk to the bay beach around the corner! Maureen was always quick to respond to my numerous questions, even while she was away on her own vacation! We were a family of 8 a dog, 6 adults and 2 young children , enough room for all to enjoy the space. 2 of the bedrooms have access to a walk out deck, nice space to enjoy morning and evenings. Very pet friendly as well as the bay beach for allowing our pup to enjoy some beach and water time! A major plus was the elevator since the main living space is on the 3rd level! My husband has some knee issues and he never had to use the stairs. It was great for loading and unloading all our belongings for the stay and when we had to leave. Lovely home and great host!

Great dog friendly house

The house was clean and really well stocked with anything you could need (pots, pans, beach chairs, towels, etc). The fenced in backyard was perfect for dogs and it was nice being just around the block from a dog friendly beach. The host Maureen was super responsive and accommodating. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home. Close to bay and many other things. Loved having the elevator for my older dog that can’t do steps. The little gym in the garage was a great bonus. Plenty of room. Great stay!

Comfortable Beach Retreat

Clean, well-maintained beach house with more than enough space for my family of 5 and small dogs. Just a short block to the beach. Safe, quiet, secure yard, relaxing outdoor space to read and relax. It was great that bedding, towels, pillows, and beach chairs were provided - so much less packing. Definitely recommend!

Great spot for sunsets!

This house has everything you need to enjoy the beach and town. Extras of little necessities to make your stay comfortable. Host quick to reply to any questions. Snacks upon arrival made the kids so happy! Short walk to quiet beach with calm water and great sunset views from deck. Huge garage is really useful and it walks out to a fenced in yard. Overall great stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our family vacation. You will be driving to get to Cape May or Wildwood beaches however if you just want to read a book while sitting on the sand, it's only a 5-minute walk to the bay. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, especially at night. The back deck is a great place to hang out. House is modern and the elevator was a plus to get all our luggage into the house.Many extras included: linens, towels, plenty of kitchen stuff, beach wagon and chairs!Two complaints. 1. The yard. Although fenced in and perfect for dogs it was full of weeds and is mainly concrete and stones so we couldn't let the 2 year old play out there. 2. The decorative grasses around the mailbox make it very difficult to pull out of the driveway as approaching cars are not visable. Despite these minor issues, I would recommend the property for your next Jersey shore vacation.I

The house was was very nice and well stocked. Maureen responded very quickly when reaching out to her. The bathroom showers could use a little more attention on the cleaning. Otherwise the house is clean. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a short accessible walk to the beach with an incredible view of the sunsets. The beach itself is very private and the bayside has gentle calm water for our young children to play in. The house is furnished nicely and comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive as well to all inquiries.

We loved the house! Plenty of room for my family of 4 plus my parents. Loved that the beds were already made up with sheets and were very comfy. Loved that the cabinets were all labelled for easy finding of what we needed. Two things were a little frustrating- on the 2nd morning we woke up to hundreds of ants in the kitchen. We wiped them all up and then found ant traps in a closet. Secondly, we were not able to adjust the thermostat and the top floor, where the kitchen and living room are, was quite warm. With no ceiling fans, it was hard to find relief in the afternoon and early evening when the sun was beating on the back of the house. Overall though, the sunsets were beautiful, we loved using the elevator to bring our luggage up and down, and appreciated having a garage to park our vehicle.

I’m sorry about the unexpected ants in the kitchen. Even with routine pest control, coastal homes can occasionally have ants make an appearance, especially during stretches of hot or rainy weather. Thank you for letting us know—we’ll make sure it’s addressed to help prevent it from happening again. I’m also sorry the upstairs felt too warm. The Nest thermostat can be adjusted by guests, but we completely understand that it isn’t always intuitive. If we’d known you were having trouble, we would have been happy to adjust it remotely for you. We did have an unusually hot week, and the afternoon sun on the back of the house definitely makes the top floor work a little harder to stay cool. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue improving the experience for future guests, and we hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you and your family back again!

We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for our group of nine. There were wonderful porches and rooms to gather. The house was comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen was ready for cooking, the beach equipment was all there, the backyard had a wonderful fire pit, and anything you might want for exercise or group games was easy to find. The host communicated well, answering questions quickly. All in all, we would highly recommend staying.
