This location had everything we could need or want. Parking is convenient, and loved the security of a locked front gate 7pm-7am. Great place to make new friends out by the pools. German was a wonderful host and always available when I needed her.

Great stay and location near Indian Wells Tennis Garden

The apartment was very nicely furnished and the outdoor space was wonderful. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The community is a gated community so we had a small wrinkle trying to get in when the security guard was not on duty, but our host was very responsive and showed up to let us in within 15 minutes. The location was great with many restaurants and shopping areas nearby.There was a small maintenance issue with one of the sliding doors but we reported it to them so they may have fixed it already. Overall it was a great stay!

Lovely condo

Our host, Alex, has set this unit up with all the essentials. The towels and linens are high quality. The bed was very comfortable. We had an issue, and our host was there within 10 minutes to help resolve the issue. There was always parking available for us. It was clean and the location was perfect. We will definitely return during our next time in Indian Wells.

Very nice place!

This condo is in a lovely gated community on the edge of Indian Wells and La Quinta. So quiet! The place is very nicely appointed and set well back from any streets so there's absolutely no traffic noise. The complex is very well maintained and kept up.The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. As an added bonus, there is currently a pair of mourning doves nesting over the back patio, so it was nice to see and hear them in the quiet of the mornings. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this host and rental!

Peaceful stay in Indian Wells

The property was well kept, and in a beautiful park like setting, with an outdoor patio with fireplace, dining table and dining area and outdoor living room and it overlooks a lovely grass area. It was very quiet, peaceful and showed just as the photos! All the neighbors are very friendly! The condo/apartment also featured a nicelyremodeled kitchen area with upgraded countertops and appliances, very nice large bathroom with plenty of towels and overall very nicely decorated!Plenty of parking, and close to all the desert has to offer!Thank you German! looking forward to coming back again when our desert house is rented! I booked the Condo for a 3 week stay and selected it based on the listing being located in Indian Wells Country Club which has an abundance of amenities. Upon arrival it became clear that the condo was located in Mountain Cove, which whilst very pleasant, does not have the same kind of facilities. This was raised to both VRBO and the Owner who did make the necessary correction for listings moving forward This condo whilst being comfortable and with a nice view, is simply not suitable for more than a few days. The hob was at times impossible to cook on as it did not have the necessary cookware for induction cooking. This was flagged to the owner but whilst thanking me for my feedback, did nothing about it. The coffee machine did not work as it needed descaling, this should be done before arrival. Attention to detail was sadly lacking. There were no cleaning supplies whatsoever (eg. No disinfectant spray, cleaning cloths or vacuum) which is again not sustainable for a longer stay guest. Further issues included one day with no water at all, poor hot water consistently in the shower and general slow and disengaged responses from the owner when questions were raised.VRBO were slow to escalate my problems to the point that I checked out early as it was unsuitable for my needs. Whilst the owner did refund the money I was entitled to, there was no attempt to offer a goodwill gesture or even a simple apology which would have gone a long way.

This is the first time that a guest made too many complaints since day one, we tryed to make her happy and comfortable for her needs, but might be a plan since day one to stay for free, we bought her new coffe machine, also new bed sheets because she didnt see the closet anyways too bad that she had this experience although she left 10 days before, i hope that she finds the right place to stay next time.
