Jim and Amber are very friendly and responsive, the property was spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and nice swimming pool. Would definitely recommend this place and would come back.

Perfect spot for a golf buddies trip. Host communication was great and ideal location close to everything. Pool could have been cleaner to be usable but we weren’t there for the pool.

Great little place! Very nice for a couple of golf buddies and I would highly recommend it. Comfortable and clean with everything we needed and it is quiet at night which we really liked. Host is very attentive and made us feel welcome. Hope to come back next year.

This property was perfect for us. The host decorated for Christmas which made it so nice! It was very clean and had every amenity you could think of. We didn’t need much, but it had everything!

smaller than expected and did not know this was a casita on the side of an existing house. Overall the experience was good, just got confused on the check in and where I was supposed to go. There was a "Welcome" sign, but I still got confused.Place was clean, and Jim and Amber provided a personal phone number to call if I got stuck, that was not needed but was nice to have just in case.

What a great place to stay! I booked five night’s to attend the Paribas Open. It was a 10 minute drive to Indian Wells. Very close to a grocery store, restaurant’s, and bars for a cold beverage.The place has plenty of room, nice water pressure in the huge shower, cold AC, & a full size kitchen with everything you need to cook! I will definitely book again the next time I’m in the Palm Springs area.

Check in was easy, the bed’s comfortable and the towels plush. I assumed that the picture of the pool and house showed our place but the rental is actually a small apartment built on the side. Things needed a little TLC but the place was very clean.

Family visit

We came to visit our disabled son and the property was very accommodating for his need. Also a great feature were the extra outlet extensions in every room.

Quiet spot in Palm Desert.

A pleasant spot on a quiet street close to town. Nice to sit by the pool in the shade or the sun. Nothing to complain about at all. Good value and a very responsive host.

The unit needed to be dusted, the pool was not usable because the filter was not running and filled with leaves. The Outside furniture needed a cleaning. The entire yard needed to be raked.

Was a nice little apartment attached to the main property. The place was very cozy and comfy, with lots of character that the hosts made sure to have be part of it. There were some minor things off from listing and instructions (timing of pool cleaning and such) but overall didn't impact our stay at all.This was a lovely place to visit and though the pool was a little cold for November due to how the shade fell, I'm sure that during the summer it would be the perfect backyard to rest and relax in. We really appreciate the hosts letting us stay in their apartment and had a wonderful time in Palm Desert

This place was even larger than the photos showed! The location was perfect, and having parking right outside the door made coming and going so easy. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We would love to stay here again!

Awesome place! Very quiet, and clean. Nice having a full kitchen, even though we really didn't use it. The bed and pillows were amazing! It was nice having a pool to ourselves. Extremely relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.
