The unit fit our needs and was quiet. Beds were comfortable, location was great and host was easy to communicate with. Would stay again if we come back!

Over all Scott and Jodie were fantastic. The place had a warm home like cozy feel. It was very clean and inviting. Their communication was second to none. Very well written instructions. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you again Scott and Jodie for such a welcoming stay.

The space was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and it’s clear that it was recently renovated—especially when compared to the common entrance, which felt a bit worn. Scott was very quick to respond, which I appreciated.I did remove one point because the listing should mention the stairs leading from the parking lot down to the unit. It’s essentially a two‑story walk, and on a rainy day some of the solar lights along the handrails weren’t working, making the descent harder. There’s also a small step up into the unit that’s easy to miss since you wouldn’t expect it to be there; even though Scott warned us about this.Additionally, although Scott raised the temperature from 64 to 68 degrees when I let him know it was cold, it was surprising that we couldn’t adjust the thermostat ourselves. Thankfully, one bedroom and the living room had split heating/AC units with adjustable temperatures. We gave that bedroom to my sister and brother‑in‑law since they’re used to warm weather year‑round. The other bedroom only had a ceiling fan, so it stayed at 68 degrees.

Hi Wayne, thank you for the review. We use these reviews to better prepare for our guests to have a seamless experience. You mentioned that you took away one star because of the entrance stairs from the parking lot was not expected. Please re-read our instructions because it is pointed out in the first few sentences that there are stairs, and to be prepared. As far as the solar lights that one or two might have been out, that is not my responsibility being it a condominium complex. The thermostats were a surprise to me. They have been fully functional for two years allowing guests to raise or lower. I am only theorizing that the previous guests fooled around with them and interrupted the functions. We will certainly make sure that is corrected. We are sorry for your disappointment, we strive to be the best hosts that we can. Scott and Jodie

Comfortable, bright, tasteful, and cozy

This property is very bright and clean. Convenient to BNH Pavillion and surrounding towns. We really enjoyed the town of Meredith. Weirs beach is great if you have small children. Lots of restaurant choices. I wish I skied so we could stay in the winter and use the cozy fireplace. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is well maintained, comfy, and within a friendly community. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was perfect for our needs. The one drawback (not to the fault of the hosts, who were fabulous) is the stairs from the parking area. If you are older or have small children it might be difficult.

laconia bike rally

this was the perfect set up for our trip to the Laconia Bike Rally. Scott answered all our questions leading up to the stay and during the stay. the unit was very clean, and well stocked. having laundry facilities on site was a plus as well. we give this unit 5 stars! thanks scott and jodi

This space was the perfect size for our group of 4 for a short weekend trip away. It's within a short walking distance to the gas station for any quick needs as well as a craft brewery that's walkable. The property grounds were well maintained, including the pool. I initially thought we were going to be too hot without any air conditioning available and temperatures in the mid 80s, but the overhead fans kept it comfortable.Our hosts Scott and Jodie were just a quick text away to answer questions and address concerns and were generous enough to allow us check in early.

Place was clean and exactly like pictures. Close to everything this beautiful state has to offer. It was a little hard to find when we arrived and it was dark out but we were able to figure it out. It had all we needed and the check in and check out process was very easy and smooth. Would stay again!
