Charming A-Frame lakefront residence with a prime location. Situated between Redheads and Shorty Pants, this property is ideal for a lakeside retreat. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property boasts stunning lake views and comes complete with its own private dock. Enjoy the tranquil beauty of the water from the deck, or take a leisurely boat ride right from your backyard.
Newly installed deck and a walk in level porch area for you to sip some coffee and watch the sunrise or just take in the water.

House Layout:
Walk in level of the house contains a full bathroom, first bedroom, kitchen, and the living room.
Upstairs is contains the loft bedroom.
The basement includes a family room, recreational area, third bedroom and full bathroom.
Step out onto the sizable patio and make your way down to your private dock, complete with a spacious swim platform for soaking up the sun.

Parking: The drive way is newly paved! There is room for 5 cars to be parked.

Interested in golfing? The Oaks Golf Course is less than 5 minutes away from the house!
Want to catch a concert? Ozarks Amphitheater is less than 20 minutes away!

Communication with the people that manage the property was great!!So overall it was not a bad stay but there was a few minor things that were not to great. 1) things were not how they were pictured in the photos. 2) the air conditioner in the mid level rattles and vibrates the entire house except the basement area. it was pretty loud.The big thing is the driveway. NOT SAFE FOR MOTORCYCLES. The whole parking area is slanted, its pretty loose gravel and the change from the asfault to the gravel it very uneven and has some pretty good drops in it for bikes. I would highly recommend paving the whole thing.

Cute little blue A-frame

Advertised to sleep 10 but not comfortably. We used a couch and an air mattress and had 9….4 adults and 5 kids ages 11-16. Microwave and coffee maker were very tiny for 10 people. Refrigerator leaked water onto the floor and window shades were not adequate for morning sun with people trying to sleep in, in the loft. We did love the little house tho. Great location, plenty of eating area and room to spread out. We loved the porches and dock area. We think the house could just use a little TLC tweaking

Cute little house

It was very nice and quiet. The dock worked out great for our boat We went out to eat at the restaurants that are right down the road. We will consider staying here again

Okay

Driveway is unsafe. Ran into a few issues that need to be fixed. Mattresses were too firm in bedrooms for our liking. Could be cleaner and we found black mold in basement bedroom.
