Lovely rental

This was a perfect stay for myself and my kids when visiting the area. Super close to anything and everything you could want. Beautiful kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Hope to visit again soon!!!

Good house for the price

The house is older and not all the outlets worked, but overall it was a great find for all of us. Well located to drive to the beach and a lot of things to do within 30 minutes. Would definitely stay there again

Great location, beds and kitchen

Has everything you need. Kitchen is perfectly set up, beds are nice and the location is spot on. Does need a door on the master bathroom though, not a fan of doing my business in the open like that.

Beach living

My family I enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Our host was amazing and always responded right away to any needs or questions. It was close to the beach and many other fun places to see! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable for us. I would recommend this property to families

Great Family Vacation

The house was in a great location, close to our favorite beach. The beds were comfortable, the house had a cute beach theme, everything you’d need to stay away from home, and very roomy!

Great Stay!

Great communication prior to arrival and after departure. Great location with easy access to the St. Pete/Tampa area. Great amenities that fit 8 of us comfortably. I would recommend staying here if you are staying in the area.

Great location .

Bathrooms definitely need an update.Tile old and stained. Rusty shower curtain. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Very old carpet in game room and master bedroom.didnt seem real clean. Had plumbing issues washing machine backup into kitchen sink and bathroom sinks were plugged. I texted property manager and she responded immediately and brought her maintenance team with her. It took a few hours but they fixed the problem

Great location, host and home!

Sadly, only in the area for business but clearly this home is close to everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Great and responsive host. Hoping to return one day soon but for RELAXING TIME.

February break

Overall this was a great place for us to stay. We were in town for a family event in Tampa and my daughter had winter break. We enjoyed the beach, John’s Pass, Clearwater Aquarium and Busch Gardens. The game room was great and my daughter really enjoyed it. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The only downside was the bathrooms. Master had no door and shower had mold and mildew in grout, shower head rusty. The secondary bath the door did not close properly and the shower fixtures really could use updated. Also, many outlets need updating throughout the house, some were so lose you couldn’t use and the back bedroom with a 4 outlet was black like it had burnt and we were scared to use.

Home away from home

The property was very spacious and accommodating. There are some upgrades that could be made, but overall it is a nice and clean place to stay. Our host was a pleasure to work with.

Great family vacation

The house was perfect for us. The kids had their own spaces and so did we. We were just a 5 minute drive to the beach. It was quiet at the house, no traffic going by all the time. If we go down to Indian shores again we would definitely look into this house again!

Beach house

Great area. Walkable to shops, restaurants, the county park and even the beach. I’d give it 5 stars but the house needs a deep cleaning, a paint touch up and the huge yard needs maintenance. Otherwise the house is great and the area is the best.

Reds Trip 2024

First time in 5 years we were able to get together and see a baseball series with Cincinnati Reds together. Family outing, all guy outing. (Nephews, Brother-in-laws, extended family, etc.) Place was great for us, and we ubered back and forth to the Tropicana Field. Everyone had a place to sleep, we even brought CornHole boards and set them up in the backyard which was HUGE!! If there was just one thing that was a tad bit annoying on this stay, it would be the Central Bath constantly having the toilet running every 15 seconds or so.. Probably just needs the guts replaced, but found it to be a bit annoying.. :-) Outside of that, it was a terrific stay! Neighborhood was great, neighbors we met friendly as well.

We liked the house but it needs some major improvement

Overall, the house is clean and everything was described accurately. However, what we were concerned about in this house was that the toilet was constantly running every 15 seconds (This is not exaggerating, I counted). The door from that bathroom kept getting stuck, meaning whenever someone tried to close it, it slammed pretty loud. Second of all, the second bathroom for the master bedroom had no door which was very odd and awkward. We would love to come back to this house again because of the location near the beach and the neighbors were friendly but we hope that in the future, these suggestions can be fixed.

Good Stay for the Money- but could use some updating.

I gave this stay a 4 out of 5 for the following reasons. First the good; great location only a five minute drive to the beach. Four bedrooms worked great for our size family and the kitchen was nicely updated. Game room was a nice touch as was the coffee bar/keurig and large dining room and living room, good space for larger groups. Interior was clean and no bugs seen for three days stay(thank you!).This stay did not get 5 stars for the following reasons. The property was exactly as advertised but missed the mark on a couple of things. First, no bathroom door on the master bathroom. Probably because the door would not clear the carpeting, I get that, but would’ve been nice to have a curtain or something there. Kitchen was in good shape, but only had the basic of utensils and no basics for cooking like salt and pepper. I’ve stayed at several VRBO‘s across the country and the kitchen stood out as lacking basic supplies. Could’ve used some basics around the sink like dish soap and a sponge and dishwashing powder that was not solid. Utensils were basic and ended up breaking the can opener after the first crank (sorry!) The other thing that stood out was the bed sheets which were thin, pilled, and could use updating. Beds were decently comfortable even with waterproof pads. I understand these are small items, but it would’ve pushed this to a 4.5. Overall good value for the money, great location, and large single-family home very close to beaches great for big groups.

Our stay

12/31/23-1/13/24 The previous review (Brian K) said some of the things that I included in the 3 page list of repairs that needed to have been done, plus the 1 page of items (including toaster) needed to help you enjoy your stay. The A/C did not go below 68*. We were so disappointed in the back yard. It had not been maintained, no lawn furniture or even somewhere to sit down. We didn't have the best weather on our visit and to just be able to sit in the back yard would have been really nice. But, on the PLUS side, the house is: Great Size for 4 adults or even up to a family of 8. Water pressure was good. Hot Water was good for 2 showers at the same time. Clean and No bugs The neighborhood was very nice. Very Convenient to everything including beach.

Needs work for the next family

Needs work; We have the following concerns: During our stay we had no use of the Dish Washer;Garbage Disposal; Play Room Toilets constantly running (one had to be replaced while occupied) Property Mgr, Courtney had to make a trip to the home to rig up an electrical line for the internet. The washer in the garage leaked and flooded the floor more than once; The property all in all was not truly ready for our stay. On the other hand, we did find all sleeping arrangements satisfactory. The kitchen was well stocked even though there was no toaster that we could find. The only TV that was fully functional for us was the main one in the living room. A note also here about the cluster of wires throughout which could cause a fire hazard. Anyone entering from the bedroom areas had to negotiate the cord that was needed to plug into the wall for the router in order to have the internet access. It was thoughtful of our host to put up a nice Christmas tree. Thank you. ~ Brian K

Warning! Do not waste your time and money on this poorly maintained property

Read this it could save you from a big let down. We've rented many properties through VRBO over the past several years and have never had a bad experience until this one. The location of the property is excellent. The kitchen and living room were nice. The bedrooms had plenty of room but that's where it ends. The overall feel of the home was dirty and worn with a few hints of new renovations. It needs a deep clean. The bathrooms had stains on the walls, cracks, a leaky toilet valve we could hear running off and on all night. There was water dripping from the overhead air handler located in the garage wetting the floor causing a major safety concern. The dryer did not work. There was a musty smell coming from the air vents. The outside of the property was overgrown and not maintained. It had the feel of a poorly maintained property with the intention of making max profit from unsuspecting renters. This property should be removed from VRBO until it has been cleaned and repaired. Upon leaving the property We left the key on the kitchen counter and locked all doors. The following day we received a email from the owner requesting an additional $100 to replace the door lock. Apparently the one key we left on the counter was the only key to the entire property. Normally We would not bother leaving a review but in this case it was certainly warranted. Hopefully we save other people from this disaster.
