House Rules

1. Limit of two individuals allowed on the property at any time; violation may result in removal of guests without refund.

2. Adherence to community guidelines within the apartment premises is mandatory.

3. Guests are accountable for maintaining the house in its original condition.

4. Responsible disposal of garbage falls under the guest's responsibility.

5. Ensure closure of all windows, doors, and A/C units.

6. Empty refrigerator and cabinets before departure.

7. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

8. Local guests must contact before making a reservation.

9. Presentation of valid ID for all guests during check-in is required.

10. Guests are liable for any property damages during their stay.

11. Usage of the property is at the guest's own risk; the host is not liable for lost or stolen items.
