Fantastic location, easy access to the strip. The house was cozy and distributed perfectly, nobody was on top of each other. The pool table was very nice, we enjoyed playing daily. The backyard takes the entire vibe to another level. The pool was phenomenal, just what you need to stay cool in the Vegas heat. The house was well stocked with everything you need from utensils to to-go coffee cups with lids, nice touch Thank you for sharing your lovely home, we'll be back!

My friends and I visited a convention at this fantastic location. It was conveniently situated just minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip and its surrounding attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and responded to messages quickly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Las Vegas.

The property was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable for 3 couples. We each had our own bathroom which was nice. The pool was fantastic, the lounge chairs and outdoor dining table were very nice. We didn’t quite understand why the hot tub couldn’t be heated a little more than the pool water, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Communication from the host we would rate as fair. Perhaps the code to the keyless entry should be something other than a person’s phone number since that could be easily accessible by ride shares and people like Uber Eats. We just didn’t think that was the safest policy. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider it again.

As stated in the Virbo ad, the heated spa is only available in the winter months. And the system must be programmed physically at the property before checking in by the host due to safety considerations and liability insurance. This is the second time this explanation was given you. Plus, the door code to the smart lock is universally set using a guest’s phone number across many vacation rental platforms, not only Virbo. Guests need to remember what their own phone number is. And the code is always conveyed to the guest before checking in.

If you need a space to relax off the strip.. this is it. We were in town for our family reunion. We were traveling with 6 of our children and 3 of their partners. 4 in the group stayed at other accommodations; however, we all came together several times a day for meals, relaxation and play. The neighborhood was very quiet. The home is very clean, well appointed and has plenty of space. We found everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. As group we have decided this will be our spot on the next trip to Vegas. Excellent Host!!!

Great place to stay ! Definitely coming back

This was a great place, I stayed with couple friends while attending soccer tournament. Host was very responsive, clean place, all of the amenities that we needed were there. From now on when I am traveling to Vegas either for business trip or with family or another tournament I know where I will be staying. I highly recommend this place and this host. Thank you for hosting us :)

From the pre-arrival to the very last moment at the home, we were overwhelmed with good feelings. Stephen was very accommodating for our arrival time. He continued to be very responsive in out communication. The amenities in the home were welcoming from the moment we entered.... beautiful decor, comfortable seating, lovely pool and hot tub, nice pool table, etc. We loved the location - close to the Strip and groceries and restaurants.I would highly recommend this home for group/family of any size.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The house is very clean and beautifully set up, great attention to detail! The yard is a dream, perfect pool especially since it was 46 when we were there! Super quick Uber to the strip. Highly recommend this place. The host Stephen is also super great and easy to get in touch with if needed. We will be back!

Hours after, guest ignored the notice that guest did not have the independent means to control the spa heater by attempting to move the valves of the pool equipment.

Family trip

My husband and I, with our adult children, traveled to Las Vegas for our son’s birthday and football game. The house was very nice and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and linens nice. We enjoyed the pool table in the game room. The home was in a good location close to retail, the stadium and the Strip. Stephen was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Great property! Loved the 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Pool was also fantastic. We had 4 couples staying and it was spacious enough for all of us. It is a bit misleading on the listing when it says there is a hot tub, if you scroll down it acutally says spa, and if you keep scrolling, you will see where they only heat the hot tub a few months out of the year. Still a great property, just do not expect a hot tub.

The VRBO advertising system provided the option “hot tub”, never “heated spa”, for hosts to pick from. That means hosts, if going strictly with the technical definition of a spa, would need to tell guests that nothing in the pool system is heated in the winter, which would not be true. Since the ad already said the heated spa is available as a payable option only in the winter, there was no necessity to split the hair to guests in the warm months.

This property is beautiful and as described in listing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy to get to from airport. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. It is about 10 minutes from strip, 30 minutes from Red Rock Canyon and 45 minutes from Hoover Dam which are places we went to during our trip. We spent most of our afternoons in the pool which was very clean. Rafts provided too. Pool table was a bonus and fun to occupy some down time. Our family enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if ever visiting the area in the future.
