Welcome to the most fabulous neighborhood of Las Vegas! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but located just minutes from the action of the Las Vegas Strip, is this beautiful ranch style home.

Welcome to this stunning and expansive 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home! With over 4000 sq ft of space, this beautiful abode offers ample room for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The maximum occupancy for this home is 8 people, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of day or night. Featuring three living rooms, including one off the primary bedroom, one in the center of the home, and another next to the bar, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The large bar area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a foosball table and easy backyard access to the luxurious swimming pool and spa. Step outside to the completely private backyard oasis, adorned with lush landscaping for the ultimate retreat experience. Gas heat for the pool is available at a rate of $95 per day (two day minimum). Please note, I do not rent to Las Vegas locals. Rest assured, this vacation rental is fully licensed with the city of Las Vegas, with license number G64-01356. Booking with a licensed vacation rental ensures a safe and legal stay, so you can relax and enjoy your time in Las Vegas worry-free!

Very Nice Stay and Convenient

Very nice VRBO experience. Location a big plus. Safer than most the places I've stayed with the same proximity to the strip. Plenty of room for our guys trip but also would be pretty nice for families.

Great place, great communication, great location

We stayed here with our family, and it was perfect. There was plenty of space, it was clean, and the property manager was great with communication. She was kind and understanding. They even heated up the hot tub for us in the winter (many wont). Very close to everything "big" in the Vegas/Strip area, and situated in a nice little community. The "game room" is basically just a foosball table and a casino game, but my kids did love the foosball table. All around, we loved it. We'd absolutely stay there again.

Large Home in Great Neighborhood

This home has plenty of room. It unfortunately feels like a VRBO that has been abused. It’s pretty much striped down to basics. Furniture is tired, art work is scarce, and kitchen supplies are basic.We have family that lives in the neighborhood, and were there for Thanksgiving, so the place worked well for our needs…basically beds, showers, and some cooking.This is a quiet neighborhood. Great for a family, but not the place to stay if partying into the night are your plans.

A beautiful and welcoming home

A beautiful home with a great host. Kept in touch and communicated promptly. The house itself is large, modern and accommodated the group of 8 comfortably. House has an easy access to the strip. Highly recommended.

The property was beautiful and very clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and the host Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with. She stayed in contact with us the entire stay. Was available for any questions. I would recommend this property and any property managed by Terry! We will be back!

Amazing home

Have stayed here multiple times. It’s my go to place in Vegas. Had a toilet problem owner had a plumber out in an hour. Pool is great and the place is Soooo big!!

Very Comfortable

I got this place for my mom and 6 adult guests. Everyone was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to Fremont St. The host, Terry, great communicator and set them up with great instructions. They can’t wait to get back.

Friends Trip

Overall the location of the house was perfect with respect to the location to the strip and to restaurants and shopping. Our group basically used the house just as a place to crash and really did not utilize the features and amenities that were included with the property so we can't comment on the pool, kitchen, games, etc.

Wonderful Place!!!

We were here for a trade show and spent 5 days in the house. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this place is. More room than you can imagine and plenty of very modern appliances and appointments. The Owner, Terry Farr, is extremely responsive. We will be back!

Great stay. Great location.

Beautiful, clean home with lots of room to spread out. In a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the Strip. Would stay here again. Kind of wish the property manager communicated that we would not receive the front door instructions until very close to check in time - other VRBO stays had more communication. Property is great for groups and families. Master bed is old mattress - may need replacing. Otherwise very good property. Would recommend.

Wonderful!!!

House is exactly as pictured, but pictures don’t do it justice. Clean, beautiful, cozy, well maintained and safe. I came for a work trip with my employees on business. We loved our entire experience!!! House was spacious and beyond comfortable. Perfect communication and the experience exceeded our expectations. Don’t hesitate, everything is amazing! (The choice above won’t let me say that this was a work trip with employees so ignore the family part. Had to pick it to be able to submit review.)

Fun in Las Vegas

A large house with considerable wasted space. Major bedroom area—huge and well done. The other bedrooms are too small with little furniture in them. Kitchen missing some items. Mattresses are all fine. Bathrooms are okay, but need grab bars—particularly the bathtubs/showers. Good area—quiet, but close to downtown.

Booking Issues

We had a large group coming and booked the property for 16 people. All our confirmations and reservations confirmed this amount of guests - however, when we arrived, we were told that the occupancy was only for 8 guests max. Clearly this caused a huge problem, one that was not our fault but no conciliatory measures were made to ameliorate this situation.

A BAD DECISION! DO NOT RENT!!!!

This rental was nothing short of a bad decision. We are a mix of mid-40 women who are CEO’s, dentists, teachers, business owners, and stay at home Moms. As there is too much to write in a short review, I will bullet point the key events. We had a backed up sewage line in the downstairs bathroom after less than 24 hours of being in the house. Plumbers worked on the house for 6+ hours to fix the problem, but could not finish until the following morning. The plumber needed a longer "snake" for the drain since it was a deep backed up blockage. We were unable to use half of the property for most of our stay, including two bathrooms and the kitchen due to the plumbing and sewage on the floor. We were accused by Terry of all being on our menstrual cycle and shoving sanitary napkins and tampons in drains and tubs. When we tried to reach Terry during this emergency, we got a voicemail which was a man’s voice. Terry’s profile picture is of a female. This caused a lot of anxiety amongst our female guests. Terry refused to call us, or return any of our text messages. It was obvious Terry was doing some shady business with the plumbers on the job, when they suddenly stopped speaking English to us anymore. He ordered the plumbers to “count us” because he accused us of having too many occupants. We made a reservation for 11 women, which he approved, but he claims we made the reservation for 8. Terry demanded we stay until the plumbers were finished with their work, even though we had dinner reservations. Terry also accused us of yelling at the plumbers and being belligerent towards them. We were nothing but pleasant and even communicated in Spanish with them. Terry is withholding our deposit and charging us $50 more for his plumbing issue. We have opened a formal complaint against him with VRBO and Amex. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON!

Short on accountability long on life advice from the owner

Great neighborhood, spacious home but very neglected and dirty. Check in is 3:00 pm we show up at 4:00 pm and the cleaners are still there. We’re asked to wait out in the cold until after 5:00 pm. We had birthday reservations for me to celebrate with family & friends at 6:30 now this is ruined. Once We finally get in we discover the master bed is on the floor, no bed frame with the dirty old box spring exposed. The master bath toilet was over flowed with toilet paper waste in it. We requested a plunger. The refrigerator was dirty, smelled and there was crusty food stuck on the door handles. The whole house is wall to wall floors all very dirty. The home is not at all as advertised. We sent our concerns to Terry the property manager, she responded earlier regarding the home not being ready for us but had nothing to say about the master bed being in the floor etc.. She went silent on us for 3 hours. We continue to try and reach her through Vrbo and her cell to no avail. She provided the incorrect WiFi password and would not respond with the correct password nor did she offer a solution to heed our concerns. She gave us no warning that the house wasn’t ready and then when handed valid concerns she goes silent, highly unprofessional. After 2 last attempts attempts by my husband we get a call back from the very rude and patronizing owner Steve. Steve proceeds to tell us that he can’t help if a 600lb. man broke the master bed frame and that due to covid they couldn’t get a new one in time before we checked in. He said we should just “go with the flow because we’re in a million dollar home in Vegas”. As far as addressing my disappointment over missing my birthday party … Captain obvious again reminds us we’re “in Vegas” and questioned why our dinner reservations were so early? He said there are many restaurants we could go to at any hour of the night. No apology or accountability whatsoever. We were offered to leave with a full refund at 8:30 pm the night before Thanksgiving with a refrigerator full of food. This trip was to celebrate my birthday and Thanksgiving with family who live in Vegas. This isn’t the first time we’ve used Vrbo but it is the first time we had such a horrible experience and over paid for it which makes it all that much worst.

Great location and nice size house

The house was nice and clean, the host was very thorough and communicative. We loved that it’s so close to the strip, in a quiet neighborhood and close to Chinatown.
