* Fitness room is only accessible for guests staying for a minimum of 30 nights. No exceptions.

* Unless in accordance with the property owner or property manager, the maximum number of nights you may book is 60. If your booking request exceeds 60 nights, the reservation will be cancelled.

If you are looking for a place to party, excessive drinking or loud music, this unit is NOT the right one for you. You may be subject to fines and eviction due to excessive noise, smoking, ill behaviour, etc.
