I enjoyed staying here! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice! The only complaint was that we couldn't figure out how to change the pullout couch back into a couch.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay. I highly recommend it. It is the perfect location when visiting family in the area. The host is excellent and responds quickly to any needs.

It was very clean and comfortable. I had difficulty figuring out the shower controls, so make sure that you point the bottom of the rectangle to the left for a hot shower. I would stay here again and I hope that it doesn’t smell like bug spray/paint fumes next time.

Loved The Fern House! It had everything I needed for my 3 day stay. I will definitely recommend it to my family members & friends who visit Greenwood.

Cute little home

We loved this little tiny home. It was so cute and perfect for my husband and I to visit our kids who live in the area. I would recommend this place and will definitely be back. Great place!

The host was great. Responded quickly and easy to work with. He accommodated a mistake I made in my booking. Very gracious. The little bungalow had everything we needed. It was a comfortable place to stay.

This property was amazing for our stay. My husband plays disc golf and i just travel along. It was too hott this weekend to going exploring. (At least for me) i loved this property and we will be back next year for the Greenwood tournament.

Best little hidden gem.

I honestly cannot say enough about this place. It may appear small from the outside but the inside is spacious, comfortable, and so adorably decorated. The tea and coffee was good, the air conditioning worked splendidly, the bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were more responsive than I could have asked for. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, affordable place to stay then this is it. I would be delighted to be allowed to stay here again in the future.

Perfect little doll house!

Clean, comfortable in quiet neighborhood. Everything inside looked brand new! Perfect size for my party of two! Only problems we ran into were WiFi would not allow download of online newspaper to my iPad and we found only 4 local stations on the TV.

Fern Cottage

The cottage was just as described. Very cute and clean. Since a Smart TV was listed, I thought there was WiFi, but it was not installed until half way through our visit. We had not received clear check-in instructions, but the owner was very responsive when contacted. We enjoyed our visit very much.

We had a wonderful stay at this bungalow while visiting family. It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful, quiet area that made it easy to relax after spending time with loved ones. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. The only minor improvement would be the bed, which wasn’t quite as comfortable as we had hoped. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.
