This is a beautiful 6 bed 4 bath home that is perfectly situated on Lake Norman. Enjoy this spacious home, the large game room, the vast lawn, the private dock, and the boathouse that is filled with yard games, kayaks, paddle boards, Ping Pong table and more! Peaceful mornings, fun-filled afternoons, and many memorable evenings await you at this luxurious home.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, with a fine of $250 for violations.

Occupancy/ Events:
We enforce occupancy and noise limits to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and our neighbors. Unauthorized events, parties, or excessive noise may result in a fine starting at $250 and could lead to the removal of all occupants without a refund.

Parking:

Very family, friendly good location on the lake quiet with deep water access. The included toys, game room, hot tub, amenities and games were a lot of fun. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. We highly recommend!

The host was amazing! We would rebook because they were very responsive to the concerns. Very family friendly and the cost was high due to being the 4th of July. The cove and view from the master was wonderful.

Our family of six adults and six grandchildren really enjoyed this house on Lake Norman for the second summer. The dock is great for fishing and swimming. Kids loved the diving board. The house was cool and comfortable in 90 degree weather. Food Lion and a local pizza place are only 15 minutes away. The host is very responsive to messages. The grandchildren enjoyed the game table and huge tv for video games in the lower level.

Absolutely amazing home with everything you could need. The hosts were very kind and helpful with all the details. Such beautiful views in the morning, afternoon, and evening. This was some of our friends’ first time in North Carolina - and what a first impression and experience! We made incredible memories and so thankful for the opportunity! 5 stars all around!

The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. Upon arrival we discovered pools of water in the basement that we had to clean up. Trash was not removed and the bins were already full upon our arrival. But worst of all was the amount of mouse droppings that were on the downstairs beds, pillows, and towels. This made 2 bedrooms unusable for the first night. The host sent cleaners out the next day to fix the issue which I acknowledge and appreciate. It was evident that the home was not cleaned properly before our arrival and the first 24 hours was a disappointment. I hope that the for future guests the property is cleaned properly.

Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and what you encountered—particularly in the downstairs bedrooms—does not meet our standards. As soon as we were made aware of the concerns, we sent our cleaning team back to the property the following morning to address them. We have also followed up with our team to ensure these issues are corrected and do not happen again. We appreciate you acknowledging our efforts to resolve the situation, and we sincerely apologize that the beginning of your stay did not reflect the experience we strive to provide our guests.

Perfection

This house had all we needed for a perfect weekend with family and friends. Great location too! The host is the best I’ve ever dealt with (and we’re at a different place nearly every weekend). Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful lakeside retreat

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful and well appointed home. We stayed with our three adult kids, their spouses and our two high school age kids. Everyone had their own space in this large home. We had so much fun on the dock, jumping off the diving board and enjoying the view. They also had so many toys from paddle boards to kayaks, ping pong, poker table and so much more! We also rented a boat for two days, which was fun, but I honestly enjoyed the non motorized water fun at the dock more. The host was very responsive to questions and assured we were comfortable. We will stay here or one of their other properties again.

Lakefront Memories

This well-equipped house helped us create unforgettable memories for Thanksgiving week, offering everything needed for an enjoyable, relaxing, and safe experience on Lake Norman. The attentive owners ensured our questions were answered promptly and every need fulfilled. A world of activities awaited us in addition to the lake, including a hot tub, a game room, and a boathouse. We dove into board games, video games, and ping pong, cheered over foosball, and enjoyed flat-screen TVs in every room (two in the game room to watch all the post-Thanksgiving football games). With kayaks, paddleboards, a cozy fire pit, a dock with a gazebo, and ample seating, we embraced every moment surrounded by nature, fun, and laughter. Our only challenge was preparing our Thanksgiving dinner, which we realized wasn’t a typical task for this kitchen. We couldn’t have managed it without the two full-sized refrigerators and the wine fridge, and the two microwaves were also busy during the process. We successfully roasted a 20-pound turkey in the oven and baked the ham on the grill on the deck, resulting in a wonderful meal. Each day concluded with a golden hour that showcased magnificent sunsets. Our family was left with countless memories from our time in this incredible home.

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The lake views were great, and we really enjoyed spending time on the water. We also loved the game room and the jacuzzi—they were a great bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. The owners were very accommodating, responsive, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!
