If it were not for the location and breathtaking views from this condo I would have certainly given this property a 1 star. Unfortunately, I am not able to post pictures. If I were able to post then you would all see how filthy this unit was. I had to throw away several pairs of brand new socks because of how nasty the floor was. Also, I had to purchase towels, pillow cases. and sheets due to them not being clean. I would not stay at this particular condo again. However, the host was pleasant and responded promptly to emails. The booking process, check-in and checkout process were all seamless.

Beach Vacation

Property was clean. Was mostly updated. Would stay here again. Had beautiful views of the ocean and was nice that it came with beach chairs to use.

Wonderful except for cleaning crew

Decorated nicely. We had toddler so appreciated they didn't have knick knacks everywhere. Stayed Thanksgiving week and kitchen was stocked well. Loved that we could set our own code to door. My one and only issue was cleanliness. Cleaning crew did not clean under anything. Couch, bed, entertainment center. If weren't for that I would have rated a 5. After we took care of that our stay was wonderful.

Furniture was old worn out and stained. Condo could have been cleaned better. I would not stay in this condo again.

LOVE!!!!

We have always stayed in beach houses with family but my husband and I decided to go on our own this year at the last minute. I was a little worried about staying in a condo but we took the chance because it was a great price. We were not disappointed. The view from this condo is absolutely breathtaking! We ate every meal on the cover balcony. We watched the most beautiful sunsets! Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will go back soon!

The view was beautiful. The only things I would change is mattresses were not the best and the floors looked cleaned but after walking on them the first day our feet were nasty. Just not sure it was mopped well. Others than that we liked it.

Beautiful

This was our first time to book a condo. I’m the past we stayed at a hotel resort. Communication with owners was beyond excellent, Beautiful condo, view & balcony. The kitchen amenities were amazing & the washer/dryer was wonderful with two young grandchildren along. Everything was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for walking or driving to entertainment. We all loved the set up -comparing the beaches on either side of LBR so crowded but our area of beach was perfect and not congested at all. The only recommendation we’d make - the spare pillows in each room definitely need replaced. We did call for new pillows for the fold out sleeper sofa and a wonderful gentleman was there within minutes. Overall- definitely will return on next visit.

Best PCB condo yet!

I visit PCB annually, and this time brought along my adult son & daughter-in-law. The view was incredible! The king beds in both bedrooms was perfect, and the amenities were amazing. I hope to return to this unit on every future visit!

Long Beach VACA

This condo was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped with everything u can imagine and the condo was decorated beautifully. We lloved the layout, and the bedroom with the king bed and bunk beds was awesome. Almost Everything seemed to be super clean. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star on cleanliness is because the couch and loveseat need to be cleaned. They are really pretty and comfortable, but, need to be cleaned. Other than that, our stay was great!!

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

This is our 2nd stay at Long Beach Resort within 5 years. The location of this resort is phenomenal. The layout of the 4 towers instead of one big high rise condo helps to provide more space for everyone on the beach. If you walk in either direction, you can see how congested the other condos are. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool, the elevator, the beach rental chairs...literally everything was super convenient to get to. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for me, my husband, my parents, and 2 small children. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and anything we needed to use to cook. My kids slept in the bunk beds and THEY LOVED THEM. This was the first condo I found where the second bedroom also had a king sized bed, which is what we wanted. Usually you find that the second bedroom has 2 queens or twins. This worked out perfectly for our little group. We were very worried that Hurricane Barry was going to hit when we got there. Fortunately, this was not the case and the weather couldn't have been more perfect this week. Many thanks for the wonderful week and great memories made! Hope to be back sooner rather than later!

Clean and comfortable

Overall a nice condo

The condo was very nice for the most part. There was only 2 things I would have liked different....1) the cleanliness of the bathroom (especially the guest bathroom, I have the clean up hair that was on the floor and behind toilet) and I cleaned the bathtub. 2) The bedroom that has the bunk beds has the most loudest bed ever. My husband barely could move without waking our toddler who was sleeping in his pack n play in the room. So a new bed would have been nice. Other than that everything was lovely. The view was amazing and so were the pools. My husband really enjoyed the tiki bar! The walk to the beach was very short as well. Also very thankful for the 2 beach chairs and umbrellas!

Wonderful Property!

The condo was great for our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids). The 2nd master with built in bunk beds was perfect for our 4 boys. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes you could ever need to make great meals. The washer/dryer, beach chairs, and beach toys were an added bonus! The views of the Gulf are absolutely amazing, with the floor to ceiling windows. We walked the beach in both directions almost daily and agreed that we wouldn’t want to stay in one of the large high-rises because you are shoulder to shoulder on the beach, whereas at Long Beach, you have so much room to move around and the kids can easily run and play. The on-site parking lot and security guard at the gate made us feel very safe. The only reason I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 is the smell of the lobby of this unit. They do a really good job trying to mask it, but it’s pretty bad!
