The property grounds were immaculate. The main pool is resort quality. Beach service was fantastic. Condo very clean and exactly as listed. Balcony large with nice furniture. Definitely will stay here again!

This property was beautiful. Love the Beach view from the balcony and the bedroom. Beautiful furnishings and the decorative, it is a five star place to stay. Panama City the beach colors are so beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely gorgeous condo! We loved everything about it. The decor and furniture are so beautiful. The shower was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the first time we have been to PCB. We did love the condo for its location and its cleanliness. It was nice but had minimal extras. I find it nice on vacation to have things like hooks or shelves to store your things on. Even in the large pantry in the kitchen. No shelving or storage for any extra things you bring or use while there. The bedroom sliding door to the balcony did not open. But we could open the sliding door in the living room to get to the balcony. The air conditioner had a lock on it and I had to find out the code and use it every time I needed to adjust the temperature. But all in all it was a pleasant place because it was clean and the view was beautiful.

Amazing Property and Location!

We loved our stay! Our condo was beautiful and the views were excellent! Very clean and well kept property and our host was fantastic! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Perfect for 2!

Perfect size condo for 2 people. Long Beach pool and beach were perfect. Convenient to many restaurants and shops!

Everything was great. Only problem was beach guys setting up chairs on the beach. One guy thought it was okay to let sand fly all over my wife and I and when I brought it to his attention he quickly took a an aggressive rude attitude. Not a very good trait for a service industry employee. Joey and Chandler stepped in very quickly and apologized for his actions. They were great. Only bad experience for the stay. Just not used to an experience like that on the beach. Could have become ugly quickly.

Perfect little getaway

Great condo right on the beach. Peak spring break time but the beach right in front of the building wasn’t crowded at all. Close to many restaurants. We loved it.

Beautiful condo

Great location and beautiful view of gulf. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Could use shelves in pantry for food storage. Very nice condo...would definitely rent again.

To start with, WOW, great place! The view was beautiful. The sound of the waves was our favorite part! A big thanks to Kim’s condo’s for making everything so easy. Can’t wait to go back.

The resort was very nice and clean. This was our first time staying at Long Beach, we normally go to Destin 2-3 times a year. We wanted to try something new and the resort and amenities were excellent. Check-in through security was seamless and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The condo was decorated cute and the perfect size for the 2 of us. The balcony was by far my favorite. Host was very attentive and helped with a couple things we needed. I have to say the kitchen was not very well supplied. There was only one dish towel. Upon arrival we had no face clothes, no silverware, and no toilet paper. Thank goodness we packed extra. The mattress was not very comfortable and the ac seemed like it could not catch up with the heat. I also noticed and found it strange there were no rugs besides one in the bathroom. This made it very difficult to keep the sand maintained in the condo. Overall, we would definitely stay again.
