It's wonderful to hear that you were able to enjoy a quieter beach even over Memorial Day weekend. We’d like to provide a little clarification regarding the air conditioning. This home is equipped with two HVAC systems, both of which are functioning properly and cooling at capacity. One thermostats is located in the main living space and the other in an enclosed space. They do reach the set temperature in those rooms. With triple-digit summer temperatures, large windows, and frequent use of patio doors, the systems work continuously to maintain comfort throughout the house, though some rooms may feel slightly warmer depending on use and conditions. We’re glad the provided fans were useful. We also appreciate your note on the bedroom layout. To clarify, the two king bedrooms are beachfront, the queen bedroom is located behind the second king, and the bunk room is positioned behind the master. We’ll make sure our listing reflects this more clearly moving forward. We’re so glad you enjoyed the well-stocked home, the beach walkover, and our service.
