Just perfect!

We had a wonderful week! Every part is so clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The view is the best! We saw so many dolphins we quit counting! The beach chairs were an unexpected treat!

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely Beach and great food. Beat the Spring Break crowd. Weather as somewhat marginal but that is expected this time of the year.

Great place!

Big bedrooms. Great kitchen and living space. Could use a touch comfier or larger den furniture, but it was fine. Awesome access to the private beach!! We would definitely reserve this house again.

Great vacation!!

This house is absolutely amazing! There were 8 adults and was so spacious. The views are amazing. We loved being steps from the beach. We can’t wait till the next time! Definitely will book this great house again soon!!

Can you say perfect?

We have always done a condo. This time wanted something different. We are so glad we did! Our entire family including grandkids had the most wonderful time. We will now be rebooking with sea blue for our family vacays!!

1st time - Gulf Shores Family Vacation

My wife and I brought our 2 sons & 6 of their friends to this property. All the “kids” were between 18 & 23. This house exceeded all of our expectations! I cannot say on negative thing about our stay. We took advantage of the complimentary excursions, provided by Xplorie. 5 of the 7 days, 2 people got to play 18 holes of golf - free! 8 people got to go parasailing - free! Mini-golf - 2 people every day - free! The free activities were nice, but the house was AMAZING!! The interior design had a comfortable, elegant, family feel to it. I highly recommend this house to rent!!!

Winter by the Sea Blue

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in Sea Blue for the first time in the winter of 2024 and it is up to the high standard of other GSVR properties we have stayed in while at the same time having a more cozy feel with four bedrooms. The house was well maintained and any minor uses we had during our two month stay were addressed promptly and appropriately as usual by the GSVR staff. The only minor reservation we had before staying was its proximity to the Dunes walkover and beach access for the Mustique Condos across the street but this turned out to be lightly and responsibly used so it was not an issue. The one negative we had was the fact the pool was unheated but that didn’t deter our grandkids from using it anyway!The best advert is to say we would and will stay again at Sea Blue.

Fantastic Place Great vacation

Constructive criticism. New mattresses the current ones are wore out. The dryer didn’t work. Other than that a fantastic vacation with my family in a perfect place. We have already booked next year

Loved this beach house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family vacation. Having the private beach access at our back door was awesome with little ones. We didn't have to load up a wagon and haul it through a neighborhood or across the street. The private pool was a must with little children. The house, pool and outdoor porches are VERY well maintained. The house was very clean. We booked in advance with a separate company to have 2 baby beds delivered for when we arrived. They were not, and the company was closed. I called Tracy with the Gulf Shores Vacation Rental company and she was able to contact them and get the cribs delivered! Life Saver! We had a couple of other minor issues and once again Tracy took care of them immediately. We loved the location of the house. It is convenient to everything but not in the middle of the busy area. We will definitely rent this property again!
