Great place to stay!

This place was wonderful. It was clean , spacious, and had beautiful views. Kitchen had everything I needed for cooking meals.

Our Stay 6-17 to 6-20-2022

Great Views with the side Balcony of the Bay and Ocean side, Loved the floor plan of the Living Area with large Dining Room Table, Counter sitting area and Living Room! The only issue was the Master Bedroom TV was not hooked up to Cable...it would have been nice to watch TV when we were relaxing before bed...that was a Big disappointment as the Living Room Bed was being used by another member in our family.

Disappointing and dirty

The issues here definitely impacted our stay and are not in line with the standards expected from a VRBO booking. It was very dirty and the furniture and tvs were broken. We reached out through the chat and email but never received a reply. When we dropped off the key we let them know our dissatisfaction and how we were disappointed no one got back to us and they basically blew us off.

Very outdated with need of repair. Great view

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this one was disappointing. The only thing going for it was the view. The unit had mold on the ceilings and tubs. The kitchen lack oven mitts, a cutting board, sharp knives and the garbage disposal didn't work. The beds were very old and uncomfortable.

To put it nicely... if we could’ve gotten a refund & left the property we would’ve in a heartbeat. The condo personnel was nowhere to be found for like 25-30 mins when I tried to check in to get our parking pass & pool passes. The condo really needs some updating in general, the main bathroom shower door was very difficult to slide & the living room tv wouldn’t work. But the biggest issue was the beds. The Queen & Double beds were extremely uncomfortable... the frame of the queen bed looked like it was taped together or something & you couldn’t even move without it feeling like it was going to break. The fridge worked & the view is great but that’s about it.

Okay Experience

I didn't realize I was booked a place that worked with a PM company, but that's on me for not looking closer. I took advantage of previous experiences. But, having said that, the property management company was very good to work with. They were responsive and pleasant. If you are traveling with kids a few things that made my trip less seamless was picking up the keys at a different location than the property and having to drop off the keys by the 10 a.m. check out. It was mildly annoying because we had be out of the place a half hour prior to 10 a.m. to get the keys back. There was also one key fob to let you into the building. Two sets of keys. But one fob. So, if one parent stayed back to pick up at the beach while the other tool the toddler to bathroom, they had to wait for me to come back down with the toddler and let them into the building. Not a deal breaker, but definitely annoying. Also, the bedframe was broken, so my husband slept in the twin bed and I took the broken bed, because one leg was shorter than the rest, so you feel like your going to roll on the floor while sleeping. And, each night I definitely woke up on the other side of the bed. It looked like it was attempted to be fixed with duct tape, but definitely was not fixed. The curtain rod fell off the wall in the second bedroom and my husband had to get his tools from our car to fix. And the biggest safety issue we founding the second bedroom was an exposed bottom outlet that sparked when my husband tried to plug in the lamp on the top outlet. So, multiple little things that were annoying, and some things concernimg with a toddler, but overall the experience was okay.

Amazing listing.

Great views from both balconies. Very well furnished. Easy beach access and a nice pool. Warning for families: the sliding door to the main balcony does not lock. We put chairs in front of it at night and when there wasn’t an adult on the balcony. Also the AC unit is on the main balcony and is extremely loud. We just cooked the apt down and turned it off when we wanted to sit and talk. Definitely staying again.

Clean and comfortable

Fantastic for a long weekend. The view of the Ocean was perfect. The price was right. Nice and clean. Very comfortable. Would stay there again for another long weekend or a week.

Bachelorette Party

We had a blast! The place was much nicer than we expected, with some updated decor than what is shown in photos. The views are breathtaking, and the photos didn't do that justice. The pool was nice, the staff in the building lobby were also very nice and helpful. Please be aware: There is ONE parking spot, and it costs $40. The rest of us had to find street parking (only one of 5 had any trouble). Also, it will say this in your contract but we overlooked it: Where you pick up the keys is NOT where you will be staying. The office is about 20 blocks away from the condo.

Great view

Very nice place, great location, plenty of room and good price. Would of liked a lower floor. I had no idea what floor we were going to be on. One bad thing was they charge you for parking and they don't mention that until you pick up keys! Very disappointed about that.

It was okay

I would never stay here again. No one ever told us when booking that we had to pay for parking. WiFi was not available and when we called to ask about it we were told they would call us back...that never happened. Showers were awful, they had mold, barely drained and the shower head shoots out like a hose. Definitely needs updating.

Mini Vacation

The condo was cleaned but needs to be updated. The two sofas are worn out. I am glad the we bought sheets to cover them. Only having one key and one security swipe to enter the building makes the stay difficult. If half of the party goes golfing and the other goes shopping, you have to meet up to enter the building and room. Not convenient! It was a hassle! The bathrooms and kitchen really needs to be replaced. The air conditioning exhaust on the deck Is annoying. When you want to go outside and listen to the ocean the air conditioning unit overtakes the ability to listen to the peaceful waves. The pool overlooking the beach is nice.

OC Beach Trip

The views the Condo offered were amazing, the size and layout are great. The decor is dated but fine, the couches were dirty and worn. The kitchen and the shower doors need to be updated. The netting that is on the balcony safer completely impedes the view and should be removed.

Great time...

Condo was very clean and welcoming view was unbelievable. Only downfall hot water for showers ran out super fast. Two bathrooms but hot water ran out within 15 min. And that was using 1 shower.

Was a great visit to OCMD !

Perfectly placed Oceanfront Condo 18th floor , over all the condo work quite well that being said Please be aware it is I need of some updating ! The bed's need to be replaced ..... Master mattress is soft and the frame sit's lower to the floor , again it worked . The twin in the front bedroom it's frame lose , be careful how you move it !! Over all this condo was perfect and the Staff at 9400 was very helpful, our granddaughter loved the pool area as did we . This unit is simple and Very comfortable, with everything you should need to enjoy your stay . Two grocery stores across the street , and a convenient store next door! Do take advantage of the Bus (The B ) it cost $3.00 all day so helpful to and from the boardwalk ! Just Book it and Enjoy yourself!
