Unfortunately, my stay was a very disappointing experience. This was scheduled to be a two-night stay, but I left after only one night because of the issues I encountered.I was not provided with the door code or gate access information before my arrival. I arrived close to midnight and was unable to get into the property. After repeatedly attempting to contact the host, I was finally able to reach them and gain access around 12:15 a.m. Being locked out late at night after traveling was extremely stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable.Once inside, I was also disappointed by the condition and comfort of the accommodations. The property appeared dirty, and the bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. The overall experience was so unpleasant that I chose not to remain for the second night of my reservation.The stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or reliable access. I would strongly recommend that future guests confirm they have all necessary entry information before arriving, especially if they will be arriving late.
