Enjoy complimentary use of our kayaks during your stay, weather and seasonal conditions permitting. Personal flotation devices are provided for your safety.

Fire Pit
Relax around the outdoor fire pit—wood is supplied for your convenience. Please fully extinguish the fire before leaving it unattended for an extended period.

Parking
The driveway accommodates 3–4 vehicles, depending on size, and includes space for a boat or trailer.

Important Notes
We’re unable to offer refunds for circumstances outside our control, such as weather. Trip insurance is strongly recommended.

Violations of house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

For safety, exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.

Lake & Seasonal Conditions
Lake Winnebago’s water level is lowered in October, which may impact boat access. Kayakers can still enjoy the bay until the lake freezes.

Water depth at the dock ranges from 2–3 ft and is not suitable for swimming.

During winter, the channel does not fully freeze due to running water. Guests should not walk on the ice or attempt ice fishing in this area.

We enjoyed everything about this property. The host was awesome. The rooms were very very clean. The kitchen was clean. The outdoor furniture was amazing to sit underneath with the lights and the fire pit was truly enjoyable.

Great location and all the amenities we needed being just 15 minutes away from the Oshkosh AirVenture grounds! We would recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay for family

This place was VERY clean. There were tons of board games, yard gamed and fishing gear to keep a family busy for many days. We had such a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin in Oshkosh! All of the details - big and small - are excellent. The kayaks are fantastic and we had a lot of fun paddling around the lake in them. The fire pit setup is really nice, and the whole cabin is very comfortable and is extremely clean with a lot of thought put in to ensuring a comfortable guest stay. I highly recommend this cabin for a lake getaway!

The property was amazing. It smelled so good walking in. I loved the secluded bedroom on the lower level with the door to the back yard. The lake access was great to have, even though we didn’t have the opportunity to use it due to weather. They had a washer and dryer, keurig for coffee, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, plenty of cleaning supplies. We used the highchair provided for our daughter many times. My only suggestion would be to maybe put up blackout curtains over the blinds, when daylight hits at 5 am that’s a little early. What a great stay! We will definitely be back!

The home was in a quiet neighborhood. There is a dead branch hanging above the firepit that needs to be removed before it falls on someone. It was great to be able to bring our dogs along. Fishing was no good but the parks are nice.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry that your fishing experience wasn't what you hoped for. Fishing can be unpredictable this time of year, as the types of fish moving through the channel often vary with seasonal changes, water temperature and spawning cycles. For future trips, I recommend checking local fishing reports and reaching out to host for guidance on fishing spots. I appreciate you letting me about the dead branch. We’ll inspect it and take care of it if necessary.

Perfect spot for Family with kids and pets!!!

We really enjoyed our off-season stay at this property. Plenty of room for our party of 4ad,2ch and dogs. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. We only wish we could take advantage of the beautiful yard/water view! Too snowy in Feb though. The dogs enjoyed the yard for sure.

Pleasant Stay

We were so happy to find a place so close to town, yet we felt like we were so far away! Very clean and with a cabin feel. We happened to stay during the spring bird migration and wow we saw so many kinds of large migratory birds right out the back door. Wonderful! We would stay again!

Birthday getaway for our daughter

We had a great time at your place. The house was extremely clean and it was the perfect space for us. Very peaceful neighborhood. The only struggle was getting our pontoon boat to the lake as the waterway was very mucky/weedy.

Great little stay with friends

We enjoyed our time at this property! It was cute and clean. The AC had some issues but the host sent out maintenance and quickly fixed it. Right on the water with a nice backyard for our dog to run. We thank you for your responsiveness!

Great place to relax

Very comfortable home: clean, nice furniture and beds, tasteful decorations, well equipped kitchen and many extras like dog crates, kayaks, fire pit, games, coffee, some water bottles. The location has a nice fenced backyard and a dock. Unfortunately is swimming from the dock not possible because of the many water plants and the water is not deep enough.
