Consider this all season cottage your home away from home while you visit North Haven island at any time of the year. This lovely property features 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with a queen bed, and 2
rooms that share a bath: one with a queen, and one with a full bed, ensuring a perfect stay for you and your guests!

With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine/dryer, large open kitchen/dining/living area, and furnished upper and lower decks, your comfort is our top priority. The master bath is equipped with a large tub and separate shower and the guest bath a shower. Plenty of towels are included for your convenience.

The bottom floor game room is host to 1 standard pool table, 1 bumper pool table, foosball, darts, poker table, fridge, and bar. Sliding glass doors open onto a large lower deck with furniture and landscaping. It also has a 1/2 bath.

We welcome well behaved dogs! For their safety, a large fenced yard surrounds part of the cottage with access through a doggie door. Note: the fence is not “Houdini” proof!

This property is situated 1 mile from Pulpit Harbor, 1.5 miles from the market/grocery and 4 miles from downtown where there are 3 restaurants, another small market, bakery, post office, art galleries and a gorgeous gift shop. There are also many beautiful walking trails nearby.

While our house doesn't have an ocean view, it is located on a high ridge with a beautiful, sweeping view of the island below. It is set back from the road and private.
