This Home accommodates: 12 guests

Pets are welcome: We just ask that you keep them off the furnishings/ beds and do not leave them unattended. A pet fee is charged and a limit of 2 pets, unless prior approval.
Pool Heat: Florida generally has moderate temperatures in the winter, but our pool heater is an Heat Pump. Once ambient temperatures get below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, the heat pump will run continuously but efficiency to heat will be drastically reduced.

** The Elevator is a residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and regain elevator functionality. However, if an elevator repair tech / company is required for the repair, repair times can become extended several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
