The site and room were even better than expected. This is the perfect getaway spot for a family of 4 and has nearly every amenity you need on site. The game room, gym, hot tubs/pools and rooms were extremely clean and well kept. Best bang for your buck in Pinetop.

A little trouble checking in with the front desk, since the reservation name hadn't been changed over, but they finally found it and got our family checked in. Our room was a good size for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. The property was well kept with lot's of amenities. We all really enjoyed the very large hot tub! Very convenient location.

Ah, the classic “name mix-up at check-in” plot twist—don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. We’re glad our front desk detectives cracked the case and got your family settled! 🕵️‍♂️✨ It’s awesome to hear the room fit everyone comfortably, the beds were dreamy, and you got to soak in that very large hot tub like absolute royalty. 🛁👑 And a convenient location? That’s basically the cherry on top. Thanks for the honest 8/10! We’ll keep polishing, fluffing, and hot-tub-warming so your next stay might just nudge that score into the 10/10 stratosphere. -NexResorts
