We had a very good vacation staying here... The cabin was very clean and very nice... it was an easy location to get to and not far from all the attractions... it was easy to book and they checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed....

This was perfect for our fall break getaway with older kids. Love that there is a bathroom in every bedroom. The cabin was so clean and the beds were all so comfy. Easy check In and convenient to everything . Will definitely stay here again! 10/10

Great cabin for our group. We were there for the JEEP Invasion. Plenty of parking for 4 JEEPS. Cabin was clean and very spacious. Teenagers enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. We did not have time on our trip to visit the community pool, but it looks very nice. The guests on the top floor mentioned the water pressure was weak in their bathrooms. No issues with water pressure in the two bathrooms on the bottom floor.

Showers, toilets, beds and kitchen space was 5/5 clean. The floors were 1/5 clean. The house is settling and the floors are lifting and spacing apart. Deck has something eating the wood. Door locks could use some repairs on all doors. Beds were so comfortable. Home is beautiful, view is beautiful and location is 5/5 for our interests.

Property not very pet friendly as there is no yard for them to use the bathroom. Can only sleep 12 adults comfortably not 14.

Thank you for your feedback. For future guests, please note that this is a mountain cabin built on a natural hillside, so while the property is pet-friendly and pets are welcome, it does not have a large, flat fenced yard for them to roam. Small outdoor areas are available, but the terrain is typical of mountain cabins in the Smokies. Regarding occupancy, we recommend this cabin for up to 12 guests using the provided beds. The sleeping arrangements include four king bedrooms and one room with queen bunk beds, comfortably accommodating 12 guests. We allow a maximum of 14 guests only if the additional guests use their own air mattresses or other portable sleeping arrangements, as no additional beds are provided by the cabin. We encourage all future guests to review the listing details, photos, and sleeping arrangements before booking to ensure the cabin is the best fit for their group’s needs. We’re always happy to answer any questions prior to your stay.

The mountain view was beautiful. Me and my grandchildren enjoyed the house it was just the right size for our group. The house looked better than the pictures.

Nice large cabin

Stayed a long weekend for a music event in Maryville, TN. We have plenty of space to hang out and cook food. Everyone enjoyed!

Great place to stay

This was an amazing place. Very easy to get to parking for 5 to 6 cars. Theres bathrooms in everyroom the beds were super comfy. I dont have any complaints about this cabin and this was my fifth year coming to the mountains. This will probably be my go to cabin.

We had a family vacation planned with multiple families and grand children. It was a great place to stay! Here is a quick breakdown:PROS: -Every bedroom included a shower and tub!-Every Bedroom included a full balcony!-Living area was big enough for a small play area for the babies.-Great views of the mountains from the balconies. -We had a bear visit right next to the cabin, about 9:30pm on 9-17-26. He was by the street, then scampered down and behind the cabin. We were able to observe him from our balconies. -Every floor had their own air conditioning system and thermostat! This was great as usually the upper floors run a little hotter than the rest of the house. During the day, it was in the mid 80’s outside, but very cool inside. -Price was well worth it for this property. CONS:-It was a little further from the Smoky Mountains Park, Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. However, it was only about 30 minutes away from each. We knew this before we booked it. -Water pressure was a little low in the shower, possibly due to a water restriction adaptor. It was okay though. -We brought our own crock pot and air fryer as they were not provided. -Kitchen was lacking pot holders and large cookie sheets. Luckily, one family came a day later than us and were able to bring them.-Slight musty smell from the main level bedroom bathroom. -Only 3 trash cans. We completely filled them during our stay. There is an option to take excess to the city dump, but it was about 25 min away.

The cabin was very nice. Our family of 10 enjoyed the facilities greatly! Needed better cooking supplies. There were no potholders and only one kitchen towel. Very little response from the owners while we were there on questions we had. They sent what appeared to be automated messages but did not reply when we had questions during our visit.

We appreciate all guest feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience. Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and we are adding additional pot holders and kitchen towels to enhance convenience. While most messages are answered promptly, we did miss a one-hour late check-out request during this stay, which has been addressed to ensure better responsiveness moving forward. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable, well-supported stay for every guest.

Wonderful Family memories

We had a wonderful week with our whole family celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.Everything was in great condition and was exactly as described. The location was great. We had a mother bear and 2 cubs come every morning and evening. What a blessing it was to share this experience together as a family. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Stay Very Peaceful

We had a wonderful stay. The property was so beautiful and peaceful with a nice view. The only reason it wasn’t a five star stay for us was because of some minor issues with things not being tightened correctly such as the shower curtains, towel rods, toilet paper holders, and dining chairs. This resulted in some of these items falling off the wall during our stay but it was still pleasant nonetheless.
