That said, we’re truly sorry for the maintenance and service issues you experienced during your stay. We wish you had mentioned this to us while you were staying there so that we could have spoken to the owner of the timeshare regarding the issues. Your concerns are being taken seriously, and we’re following up with the owner to ensure these matters are addressed and future guests have a better experience. We did update the listing to show varies for the twin/full bed, and the listing does state the Murphy bed is in the living room.
