was a decent stay nothing fancy but convenient

everything was good although they had a ring cam on the door which is against vrbo privacy policy and when I put something over the camera bc I did not want someone creeping on me and my family the manager threatened to kick me out if I did not take down. Other than that great stay

We do have a Ring camera on the OUTSIDE of the property and that is disclosed in our policy, which you agree on when making the reservation. The Ring door bell is for security reasons only. There are NO cameras on the inside of the property.

Not close to pool

The house was clean , 3 levels of stairs. You can’t control the AC , it has to stay on 71 and the upstairs was always hot. The entry level room was very cool . Cellular service is almost non exsistent. If you are out for the day at a water park and call after 5 , you get a security officer who isn’t any help . This unit is further from the pool. It’s easier to drive and park than walk to it . This may be good for a couple but it wasn’t the best fit for our family . Walgreens is a block walk away. Publix is a short drive to the next red light. Only one car is allowed to park at house. It wasn’t terrible. Just not Fantastic .

Great location. Otherwise just “OK”.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in/out process was easy. The resort itself was clean and the location was great. The unit needs some major updates. The carpeting throughout the unit needs to be replaced with anything NOT carpet. It was dirty and worn out. The living room furniture also needs replacing. The couch had a hole in it. The bedroom downstairs was uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress is hard And thin. While the unit was “clean” it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean, nicely appointed, and within easy driving distance to both Disney and Universal Parks. The only thing I might have liked that wasn’t offered, was a more plentiful supply of towels. Otherwise, it was perfect for our party of 7. I especially loved having access to a washer and dryer. The unit is 3 stories, which should be let in mind for those who find stair climbing difficult. One bedroom is on the first floor, two others are in the third floor.

Trip to Universal

Great location and lots of space for the six of us. Kids liked the upstairs. Beautiful pool and amenities. Nice to have Publix, a Pizza joint and Subway shop a five minute walk away. Thanks!

You will not be disappointed.

Great for conventions

Stayed here while attending a work convention at the Orange County Convention Center. Easy booking, clean property. Great location to convention and I drive. Highly recommend.

Excellent place

We absolutely loved staying here. Big huge space. Extremely clean. Amazing pool area. It’s is 3 story’s, so lots of stairs. That didn’t bother us, but it might some people.

Excellent Choice

The checking in process was great, rooms were clean and as advertised. Location was excellent, close to the attractions but far enough where you're not stuck in traffic. Pool wasn't as overcrowded as I had expected. The people at the front desk are ultra nice and will help you out with no hesitation. Only complaint I would have was that it felt too hot inside since we couldn't lower the AC past 71. Coming from ultra hot and humid Richmond; where I leave my thermostat on 65 all year long, this took some time to get used to. Temp was ok on the first and second floor, but upstairs was a little uncomfortable throughout the day and night.

Great location

The condo is great for a large family or two smaller families. There were a few minor issues that can easily be addressed. The door knob on one bedroom is loose. The bed in the bottom bedroom is not as comfortable as the others. There are few towels and some are very thin. Overall, though, we had a very enjoyable stay and the pool is very nice. The location is very convenient to all the parks and conference facilities.
