Vista Cay was a quiet condo. The property was clean, and the condo well stocked with all of the basics. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

Beautiful home

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and felt like home. The location at the property was great, steps away from pool and clubhouse area. I would definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

Great VBRO Accommodations

This was exactly as advertised. Very comfy and amenities were outstanding. Close to Disney and shops (i.e., grocery stores). Perfect vacation spot! Highly recommended to those thinking of visiting Disney or the Orlando area, especially those with families.

Spacious condo great location

Beautiful condo near everything. Comfortable beds, gorgeous water view. Neighbors upstairs were noisy but nothing you can do. Would stay again!

So glad you loved the condo Kimberly. We do have strict Quiet Times rules on the resort between 10:30 - 8 and a quick call to Security (number in the digital guide) would have stopped any inconsiderate neighbors disturbing you. So sorry you didnt see the Quiet Times info posted on the main building door.

awesome home away from home

Lovely condo close to convention center. Had everything we needed. Huge clean rooms. Comfy beds. Nice workout facility. Would definitely stay again. And the owner is fantastic to work with!

Clean, Safe, Luxurious with a gorgeous Lake View

The environment of the property was quiet and cozy. It was refreshing to see signage that encourage quiet hours, which helped our stay be pleasant and restful. The quality of the unit and amenities served us well with nearby stores. Thanks for a great responsiveness our needs and concerns during our stay. Look for to coming and staying again.

Beautiful 1st floor condo

Renting this property was an easy process. Lin was our contact person and was available thru texting. We were a family of three, but this unit can easily sleep 5 or 6 comfortably. Thank you again Lin and Geoff!

Perfect place for Universal and Convention Center

My family visited Orlando for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. It was well located, though I wouldn't say a walk to the convention center unless you have 30 minutes and an umbrella for shade. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We weren't able to do a lot of tourist stuff due to the tournament so the pool was our go to at the end of the day and the kids (and parents) loved it. I did take my younger one to Universal and Islands of Adventure one day and it was a short and inexpensive Lyft ride.

Perfect layout and location

This was our second stay at Vista Cay. It’s incredible. This property is decorated beautifully, and so comfortable with the choice of furniture, from couches to the beds. I love the ground level access, as well as the balcony view of the lake. The walking trail is so lovely to take in the views and get exercise. The area is very safe and inviting. The place is also just next door to the pool, which is so convenient. The property manager was kind and always helpful and available. There is a Walgreens less than a block away and a gas station and Chick-fil-A just across the street! Highly recommend the property and would absolutely stay again.

Gorgeous Condo

We recently traveled to Orlando for a family vacation and this condo was the perfect place to stay! It looks exactly like the photos...it is gorgeous and clean! We have two teenage sons and they loved walking to Publix every day for doughnuts or playing hoops on the sport court a short walk away! The condo was equipped with everything you may need and had the most pillows to choose from! We loved walking/running around the lake, sitting on the patio with our coffee in the morning and relaxing by the pool which is very close to the condo! We didn't want to come home! Sehr netter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Das Apartment ist sehr groß, schön eingerichtet, hat eine tolle Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Die Schlafzimmer mit Bädern sind geräumig und auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man gemütlich sitzen. Nachteile waren ein verdreckter Garten (wir baten einen Gärtner dann den zu säubern) und da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist, etwas dunkel. Im heißen Sommer ist das allerdings bestimmt ein Vorteil. Es ist ruhig, wenn aber Bewohner darüber sind, hört man alle Toilettenspülungen. Insbesondere im Wohnbereich. Das fanden wir alles andere als attraktiv, besonders wenn man beim Essen sitzt. Da in Florida für 2 Tage extreme Kälte herrschte, hatten wir die AC auch zum Heizen benutzt. Dort entzündete sich der angesammelte Staub und der Feueralarm wurde ausgelöst. Mit ausgeschalteter Lüftung beruhigte sich alles, die Apartmentverwalterin war ansprechbar und am nächsten Morgen war auch der Gestank verschwunden. War aber sehr beängstigend. Und der Geruch nicht schön. Das Masterbett hatte Flecken auf Bettbezug und Inlet, wir mussten es 2x reklamieren, ehe dieser dann sauber war. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus, der Müll wird täglich entsorgt. Bis auf die Mängel ein positives Wohnerlebnis. Auch sind Stateparks, Disney World, Cape Canerveral sehr gut zu erreichen.

Thanksgiving 2022

We really enjoyed our stay in the unit! It was a great layout and very spacious. We spent most of our week going to the theme parks and found this location to be very convenient. The Publix is a few minute walk away and there was also a good breakfast spot called @ The Diner in the same shopping area that we hit a couple times.
