Perfect getaway us and Jax to escape 4th of July fireworks! The parade and other celebrations were all around us which was an unexpected bonus.

Convenient and cozy family ski trip

The condo is in a great location with easy parking. We were able to walk our kids to ski school in the morning. Multiple shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The condo itself is spacious with plenty of room to spread out while still still being warm and cozy. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas which was very nice for us and especially the kids. Easy check in and check out.

Terrible Experience

After driving 9 hours from Texas with a small child the property was not cleaned upon arrival, dirty linens, dishes, full trashes. Host was difficult to reach took several attempts before getting a response. Brought groceries to cook host asked us to go out to dinner while the maids came to clean the property, busy Presidents’ Day weekend restaurants were crowded and long wait times. After 2 hours waiting for cleaning crew, hot water heater was turned off so we did not have hot water for a shower/bath that evening. Could not cook our groceries during the trip, cookware is very old and non stick coating Is peeling off the pans. Asked for a refund of the first night due to the inconvenience. The host offered 75 (which is not even the cleaning fee). After getting VRBO involved host agreed to an additional 75 refund. It has been 3 1/2 weeks and have yet to see the additional 75. This is just a money grab, get the revenue,Provide the bare minimum.

Maid had got dates wrong. She immediately went and cleaned. Pots and pans are fine, we cook in them all the time as we go monthly it is our peaceful place. It does take longer to cook things in high altitude. I offered an extra day for free it didn’t fit their schedule. When Vrbo first called I thought they gave them the extra $75. Another person from VRBO calls weeks later asking about it, and I told them I thought it was already done. Hot water heater- in the emailed twice instructions, the second thing it says is turn on hot water heater in hall bath. We even spoke over the phone and told him that. We were so upset and ashamed that the condo wasn’t cleaned- that has never happened before, and we pray it never happened again. I apologized over and over, but I think since that was the beginning of their trip, it ruined the rest. We are so very sorry.

The outside was pretty dirty. We had to clean it up. Inside was really nice except there was alot of clothes that we didn't know were clean, under the beds and closets. We didn't use them. Otherwise, it was very livable. Thank you...
