The Primary suite features a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the private outdoor area. The ensuite bathroom includes a large shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom, perfect for kids or extra guests, has two Twin-sized beds. The fourth bedroom also features a Queen-sized bed. All guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

The large, fully equipped kitchen is adorned with custom cabinets, GE stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, granite counters, and a breakfast bar, inviting you to indulge in culinary delights. The spacious dining and living area provides ample space for family and friends to come together and enjoy their time off together.

For sports enthusiasts, the tennis court provides an opportunity for a friendly match, while the fitness room is perfect for maintaining your exercise routine. Unwind in the sauna, a peaceful retreat for relaxation. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for cozy moments and charming conversations. The charcoal grills add a touch of outdoor culinary fun, ideal for grilling enthusiasts.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. A third parking pass may be available for purchase, please call our office. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
