This was a great luxury house. We enjoyed the hospitality and is was everything that it was advertised to be. We will stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations. The pool was very nice and bigger than it looks in the picture. The two king size and queen mattresses were very comfortable which was a nice change from a lot of the previous places we’ve stayed at. The hosts were so quick at responding to any questions that we had during our stay(and very friendly)Top of the line appliances in kitchen were also a plus.Very nice property

Excellent Vacation Property

Loved our stay, property location was great, nice community pool and boat doc. House was clean and well furnished, even had beach necessities. Highly recommend.

The house was terrific. Plenty of room for our group. Kitchen nice and ice maker a plus. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice if the floors were mop cleaned in between different groups. Our feet were black on the bottom from the floors. We had 2 little ones under the age of 2 that walked/crawled and I felt that the floors were not the cleanest for them. Also, the vacuum cleaner did not work so we could not vacuum the rugs. Other than these items everything was awesome!!

Spring Break Getaway

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is across the street from the beach so easy access. Would highly recommend!

The overall experience was great. Check-in was easy and the location is perfect. The pool was very nice except I would recommend them adding some umbrellas down there because there is NO shade. The walk or drive to the beach is easy too. We had issues getting into the beach closet and never gained access even with the code they sent us after communicating with the host. The main issue was the cleanliness. There were blood spots in 2 rooms upstairs and the showers really need a deep clean along with the towels/sheets. 2 of the bed frames upstairs are about to fall apart and squeak so badly when you barely move. If they could fix those issues, we would 100% stay here again.

August getaway

Property was very clean. Still needed a few touch ups from just being built. A/C worked great! Overall our stay was great!

Boathouse

We have stayed at the Boathouse twice this year and had a wonderful time. Clean and easy to get in and out. Would highly recommend it! Polly was great to work with.

It was an awesome, clean and amazing condo with a short walk to the beach. The property owner and her management staff met our needs as we encountered a few hiccups. I would highly recommend the Osprey Condos in Orange Beach, Alabama.

It was Amazing!

We so enjoyed our stay at The Boathouse! The location was great, really nice community pool, a short walk/drive to the public beach access – (we took advantage of the chair/umbrella rentals) and close to restaurants. The house was beautifully decorated, full of amenities, and provided a very comfortable stay! Having access to a boat slip was icing on the cake as we rented a boat and took daily outings to enjoy the bay area’s, view, beaches, and restaurants. We will definitely come back! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Close to everything

Easy stay and very close to everything. Great restaurants nearby and groceries right down the street. The pool is fantastic and the beach is a short walk are 3 minute drive. The on going construction was a not an issue. This home is very roomy with a large kitchen and living area. The only thing I would recommend is to provide grill cleaning tools. I would absolutely recommend this home to friends and family.
